I came here to take advantage of their shea moisture bogo sale. i bought the two shea products and another item that was also on sale. The brown haired older lady that checked me out forgot to add a coupon. i told her about this before she took my payment but she assured me she did. i took my receipt and she immediately walked away, not even helping a customer. i showed the receipt to the other employee and took my time to get the tags off the shelf to show that i was charged incorrectly and the lady decided to come back to look at the receipt. she didnt look at me, didnt address me. i started to tell her where the mistake was and she cuts me off, throws her hand in the air towards me and says «just give her the money» like i was asking for a handout! I almost blew up! I just got a refund on all of my items and will never shop their again. Hair stylists are supposed to have good customer service, hence why it didnt work for her and she’s working at sallys now!
