If you’re looking for a place where you can pay $ 12 for a car wash that will leave your vehicle with soap all over it when the wash and dry is complete you’re in luck! I’ve given this place multiple chances over the years only to be disappointed time and time again. Not worth half the price charged for the quality.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT! I joined this car wash temporarily while visiting my family. I told the attendant that I was only there for about 6 weeks, could I just pay upfront for that amount of unlimited car washes. She informed me that it always starts over at the beginning of the month, so I told her I only wanted to pay for the remaining days in June, and cancel the membership the same day I joined since I did not want to pay for another entire month. She appeared to understand this, and I signed the pen pad. However, upon reviewing my statements, I was charged Two additional months after the initial month. I called to rectify this, and after several calls, they agreed to refund me half of what they had over-​charged me! This was not acceptable, and I called again (always having to call multiple times a day to get anyone to pick up), they refused to refund me the month I had clearly stated I would not need, and told me I should have called them earlier (this was one month after the initial overcharge), and ‘why didn’t I email them to cancel?’ I told them again and again I was very clear about my intentions, and was given no directive to email to finalize the cancellation. They said they would contact the owner, I was very gracious in all my convos with them, but the owner refused to call me back! I can’t believe they would lose a customer over $ 30. They clearly have zero customer service skills, sign up for their car wash club AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We always get the most expensive wash with the 7 day clean guarantee and the truck is always clean for longer than 7 days. They give you free wipes for your interior and the vaccuum area is always clean and the vaccuums arent stuffed with trash like most car washes.

I usually just lay my $ 6 and drive through. It does a good job and the attendant gives me something to wipe down the interior and a treat for my Schnauzer.

The owner must have sold this, you don’t get what you pay for anymore and the adindent didn’t help. I also emailed the business and it apears they don’t check that as what I got back was mailbox full. So next time you want to was your car and not get what you pay for try Moore Clean Cars Fast
