This location seemed to be quite disorganized. I took my wife here for our first time and the wait for our food was less than 10 minutes long with only 3 orders ahead of us, which wasnt excessive for my expectations. The wait would have been shorter but the burger line got held up on the fries guys having to make fresh fries, which for 5 guys doing burgers and fries all day long, running out of fresh fries shouldn’t have happened and they could have gotten things moving before they totally ran out of fries. Rookie move from where I was standing. The fries were way more memorable than the burger. Burger wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. The burgers are way over priced considering all the supposed«free» toppings you’re already paying for in the baseline price and I only ordered mine with mustard. Pricing seems discriminatory against those who dont want everything but the kitchen sink on it. They should charge seperately for extras to maximize maket acceptance and have a low cost option. We ordered our burgers but they got mixed up on the toppings. Dont know how they possibly buggered that up but considering the fry wait causing confusion in the flow, no surprise. Was a little ticked off about that but didn’t complain after I went for the single order of large fries and they put the equivelant to a second large order of «bag fries» quantity possibly as a silent apology. Either that or lack of portion control is the reason they prematurely run out of fries. They also ran out of pepper. Wtf? Geezus are you kidding me? It took 2 customers and myself before they replenished the napkins on the front counter when they weren’t located at the self serve station so they probably need to rethink that or put napkin dispensers on the tables. Keep in mind this was about 8pm on a not very full or busy night. There were about 7 to 8 other tables of other folks eating in and no idea how backed up they probably were on pick up orders. I like that they put where the fries came from they are cooking that day on the board up front. No way to verify or if they just throw a dart in the morning at some potato producing northwestern state map and put it on the board. Nice touch, though.

I got hooked on Five Guys when I lived on the East coast, so I’m glad to see a few of them here around central Oklahoma. The deal is this… These folks make home made burgers and do it well. Is it a chain? Yep. And, it’s good. And, I just don’t care. So take that. It’s cheaper to go online and order up a few burgers(and some awesome fries) to pick up than it is to go and buy the ingredients and make everything yourself at home. There… I said it… Plus, you get that oily brown bag, at no extra charge, and you don’t have to clean the grease off the kitchen for the next few days. Do yourself a favor. Be lazy. Save your time. Have Five Guys make your home-made burger and fries for you. You’ll be a few bucks richer and you can crash out in a grease coma on the couch rather then scrubbing down the kitchen.

Burgers are greasy but tasty. Not In and Out Burger tasty, but on-your-grill-at-home tasty. Build your own with a variety of toppings and number of patties is a nice feature. The fries are fresh cut and, you guessed it, greasy. Friendly service and ready fairly quickly considering the made to order nature of the place. The dining area feels like the inside of a barn, if said barn had tile. Do not drag the heavy chairs across the floor or suffer the ear-rupturing noise of a thousand fingernails on chalkboard over the screams of Mariah Carey – with residual echoing. Bathrooms were clean. Parking in front is limited, but there’s overflow in the back along with a conveniently placed back entrance/exit. It’s not my go-to burger place, but it’ll do. 3 stars because it doesn’t really stand out much over any other burger place that isn’t a total disappointment.

My favorite place to get a greasy burger! Only complaint is that the fries are a bit bland and usually need salt.

Wow, this is a seriously great burger and fries. Equal to or better than Irma’s or S&B, and about the same prices. I’ve never had a bad meal at 5 Guys anywhere in the country and I travel a lot. The options for toppings cover the gamut of fresh and loaded toppings. One word of warning to anyone who complains about spending $ 10 for a cheeseburger and small fries: the«little fries» order feeds three adults! I recommend trying it knowing that escapees from the fast food chains will be blown away by what a cheeseburger can really taste like. Excellent value for the money.

I had never tried this place before and was very impressed with the quality, topping selection and taste. Prices weren’t bad for the food quality. I also enjoyed the free peanuts. The seasoned fries were quite tasty, I also complimented the fry cook on the taste of the fries.

The staff was friendly and the service was fast. You do get plenty of fries in the small order. I would suggest getting the cajun spice on the side and then you can put how much you want in the fries. I ordered fried jalapenos and they weren’t really fried. Good but not fried enough. Also suggest ordering with xtra jalapenos and fried onions as they don’t put a lot on… and hey they’re free. Fries needed to be cooked a little more… but great food overall!

My wife and I ate there Monday at 1:00 for lunch. I felt the prices were high for what you got. The place though not real busy was dirty, and everything was extremely greasy! The burgers was so greasy that you really couldn’t taste much else. Even the wrappers they came in was covered in grease. I started watching them preparing the burgers and I noticed that the weren’t cleaning the grill after they cooked the meat, and before placing raw meat on the grill. Which explains why the grease tasted old and burnt! It was so bad we couldn’t finish the burgers. The fries weren’t bad, because they were fresh homemade fries! However, they weren’t good enough to remove that taste out of our mouths from those nasty burgers!

It’s just a diner burger whose main standout feature is the premium pricing for an average product. They don’t skimp on volume, and I guess the peanuts are a nice touch. But I certainly cannot understand the excitement surrounding Five Guys. Average in every way. And while I’m here, let me throw out one little observation: The whole«Throw the burger into a sack with the fries all mixed together so there’s grease all over the bag and the burger starts to smell like the fries» is a completely acceptable way to serve take-out cheeseburger meals in the early 90’s, but if I’m eating in the restaurant, why? It’s simply bizarre. Thanks but no thanks.

Bacon Cheese Burger, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Grilled Green Peppers, lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles &A1 Steak Sauce — This burger was a 10. A mouth full of flavorful joy. It was as if it kept talking to me saying«eat me». Lol. No but seriously it was very tasty. The meat is 100% fresh beef no fillers or preservatives. You can even order online @ . Free peanuts — Free peanuts, but don’t go nuts by tossing The shells on the floor, this is not Texas roadhouse lol.

Update: My wallet was at 5 Guys the lady just wouldn’t take the time to look for. I’d like to say thank you for the crew that worked the night I was there & that next time for getting it back to me! And also thank you to the area VP for personally calling me & taking care of the situation. He also informed me this location is getting a new manager so things will be changing in the store which is a relief to hear!

This location has taken a nose-dive when it comes to cleanliness. While eating noticed many of the employees were in the back messing around & only 2 people were working. Prices have gone up, its just not worth the money.

Really good cheeseburgers! Make sure to ask what the sizes are because they arent the norm. The cajun fries are tasty(one order is MORE than enough for 2 people). I have had the regular fries and they are just fine. I cant honestly say either were the best fries Ive ever had, although I have heard rave reviews about them. Burgers are made to order so it does take a little longer than your average fast food place. Visited November 2012

I am not sure if it just the fact I can have one whenever I want or that since five guys came to Oklahoma it is not as good as it has been in other places. I used to make sure every time I was out of town and near a five guys I would stop there. Recently I went to this one in more Oklahoma craving a good burger. I left craving a good burger. I got plenty of fries and a decent burger but just not what I used to love about 5 guys. Not sure when the next time I will walk through a five guys doors, at least on in the OKC area. Nothing but disappointment recently. Especailly since I can name 2 pseudo fast food burgers I would rather have and not to mention a place like s&b burger joint, which I would much rather have. So for now 5 guys is just so so here in OKC.

Went expecting a greasy burger and walked away surprised. Had the smaller bacon cheeseburger and split an order of fries with my beautiful wife… The burger was not overly greasy as I was dreading, it was cooked nice with just the right grease to lean ratio. The fries… Wow… The fries… When I go back it will more than likely be for the fries. It’s almost as if the name should be 5 Guys French Fries. All in all a great place to eat. Usually pretty busy, but totally worth it!

returned to Five Guys Sunday for lunch. The burgers were very good, as always… but, SOMETHINGNEEDSTOCHANGEWITHTHEFRIES! They brag that they are fresh and even tell from what town they got the potatoes but what good does that do when they are not firm and have no crispness at all. Use a different oil, change the temp of the oil, change how long they cook, use different potatoes, DOSOMETHING! What good is it to have a really large serving if they aren’t any good? By the way, JOHNNIE’S CHARCOALBROILER, are you paying attention? Your fries fall into this category as well altough yours are a little better than five Guys.

The Sooner state has been invaded by Virginia based 5 Guys Burgers and Fries! As former resident of Oklahoma, I had the pleasure of sharing my northern Virginia 5 guys’ burger experiences with my relatives in Moore, OK. Everything from the store to the peanuts, condiments, fries, and of course… burgers were on-point. It was as if I was teleported back to VA and eating at 5 guys in Woodbridge, VA. The motto for the state of Virginia is «VA is for lovers». However, try the 5 guys in Moore, OK and you’ll realize VA is for burger lovers.
