Always have to wait — even with an appointment. Not enough workers — or else they double-​book. I had an appointment — but some walk ins were ahead of me — and I had to wait! Frustrating!

People working here are always super friendly, but I’ve been here many times and the last few times I haven’t been impressed. I made a 4:00 appointment a week in advanced and once I got there I had to wait another hour. A week later when I was at work one of the nails came completely off. I also asked to have them shorten and the man laughed and said ‘they weren’t long’. And never filed them down. Probably won’t be returning

New to Monument and gave this place try. So glad I did! Great experience. It was very clean, everyone was friendly, but above all I was really happy with the service. Awesome mani pedis! Will definitely go again.

I called and made an appointment for my daughter and I. We each booked a manicure and pedicure. Our pedicures were great and the flower design on my daughters feet was beautiful. The problem was with our manicures. Her’s was performed from the pedicure chair and the paint flaked off the next day. Mine was also started from the pedicure chair and was very uncomfortable. I had to keep twisting for the lady to work on my left hand. We eventually did go to her station but it was rushed.

Fantastic place. Everyone is so nice, and the place is one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to. Will definitely go again!

Very nice people working here, and for a better price than a lot of what you’ll find in Monument. It’s tucked back in the far corner of the shopping plaza, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pedicure I got here. Regular spa chair pedicure was $ 28…not too shabby.
