Do NOT let them touch your vehicle. I’ve only had my vehicle serviced at the dealer until today. In one trip they’ve stripped the threads off on the engine block for the oil filter because they turned it the wrong way. Then they say, «if we can make it not leak, you’re good.» Really? If it’s your new $ 60k suv are you good with that response? Unbelievable! They then tried to tell me it’s not their fault. Hmmm, since they’re the only ones under it working on it, have a hard time with that. When I asked the mechanic how plastic threads on a filter cap damaged the metal engine block, he said, «it didn’t I did.» Do NOTGOHERE!!!

These guys are GREAT. Hilarious, too. I had a Groupon for my synthetic oil change, the GM was super professional, and explained all the extra options without being pushy. They got me in and out within the half hour. Would have been shorter but we were all talking. I highly recommend this JiffyLube!

Came by for a quick oil change and I got right in. Got the usual recommendations, but only opted for the tire rotation as I knew that was over due. Technician examined the vehicle and actually advised me not to do it since there was so much wear on the tired already. I greatly appreciate the honest service!

Went and was told that it would be 30 minutes to check in/drop off my keys as this is a «first come, first served» business. Went to one of the other 5 similar businesses in Monument that actually wanted to take my money.

This is the poorest excuse for an mechanic. I got an overpriced quote for an air filter, and a cabin filter, and took my car home to find out the check engine light was on. I returned the next day to have them look and check for any error they may have made. They quoted me $ 80.00 for an exhaust service. I thought the timing was just too coincidental, took it to an actual mechanic to discover that they had not reconnected the vacuum assembly causing the carbon levels to not be able to be read and to fire the check engine light. Nothing was wrong with my car. They also refused to make it right with any billing credit offering only 2 free oil changes. Yeah right! That’s worth 0.00. I wouldn’t take my car back there if they paid me to.

Terrible! We had our own oil and filter($ 20). We asked if they could use ours and take it off the price. They said no, no big deal at all. So we said nevermind, use your stuff to do the oil change. They said«no problem at all». We also asked that when they put the drainage bolt back on, to just put it a little passed hand tight so that we could get it off next time we do our own oil change(this was the only reason we went to Jiffy Lube in the first place, because we couldn’t get the bolt off). Again, they said«no problem at all». They used our oil and filter anyways, turning their $ 26 oil change into a $ 46 oil change for us. Plus they used a compressor to put the bolt back on, so, again, we cannot get it off and have to take it somewhere again! When brought to their attention, they said«there’s nothing we can do». This was the single WORST experience we have EVER had getting an oil change. DON’T GOHERE. If a mistake is made, at least try to rectify the situation! Terrible customer service.

Came in this afternoon on a Sunday, they weren’t busy and were very friendly. I brought my own oil and filter and they got me in and out in less than 20 min. Met all my expectations and will be back!

I would love to tell you about the service, but I never got any. I was pleasantly greeted and told to go to the waiting area and someone would check me in. There were two cars being serviced, no additional cars waiting, and one open bay. 20 minutes later they hadn’t done any more than pop the hood. What a waste of my lunch hour. All I wanted was to be checked in so I could go next door and get something to eat and they couldn’t even accomplish that. At that point I chose to leave and went to the Woodmoor CONOCO station. The place is not fancy at all and there wasn’t really a waiting area, but I was politely greeted, and efficiently checked-in and given a card for a free drink at the coffee shop in the adjacent shopping center. They finished the job quickly and did a full check on the car — all for a better price too. GOTHEREINSTEAD!

I hate being Debbie Downer for Jiffy Lube’s first review, but unless they change their business practices they won’t be around very long. This morning my wife and I dropped in to simply get an oil change. The overly«helpful» salesman was like a BB in a boxcar. He was over the top hyper, talked like the Micro Machines man, and at every turn tried to up-sell us. The service that was promised to be 7 – 10 minutes turned into 25, which made us miss an appointment(I was quite clear with him that we had places to be). While we waited the salesman tried to convince us to get a new air filter, and pay to have our coolant topped off. Prior to heading to Jiffy Lube my wife called to see if they would price match coupons from other local businesses. The gentleman who answered the phone was evasive. We asked our salesman about this and he laughed when he saw the $ 14.99 coupon from Big O. He said there was no way they could do that. He then claimed that«those types of shops» are nothing but a «bait and switch», and that they’d try to sell us a bunch of services. Hmmm… If you’re looking to have your oil changed in a Jiffy, this is your place. If you hate high pressure salesmen SKIPIT!
