Went through drive through and waited for probably about 15 minutes. Guy was a complete ass hole that helped us. Taller man, tattoos, buzz cut. He got our order wrong and tried to blame us when we corrected the order. Specifically said Swiss wrap, not bacon wrap because we don’t eat bacon. Was just very rude and handed back our corrected order back very aggressively and didn’t say a thing.

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too… too bad we are stuck with it as I do love Arby’s. It always takes a minimum of 5 – 10 min(MINIMUM) even if you are the only one in line. I guess that means the food is fresh. We went once en route to a football game. We were there about 15 – 20 min after opening. Sat at menu for a minute… nothing. Pulled forward to window and had to honk. Someone else walked up to the door while we were waiting and found the door was still locked. They left. Of course they took our money right away and left us stranded at the window for 14 minutes. Waiting for 7 jr roast beef sandwiches – that’s all – 7 simple buns with only a small serving of meat. No lettuce… sauce…tomatoes…fries…drinks…apple fritters… just 7 simple sandwiches with no other guests in the drive thru or in the store.

I tried the new BBQ brisket sandwich and onion rings. Pepsi products. Food was served hot and tasted good. Cost was $ 8.49 Nothing special about service or this location.

My husband got a chicken sandwich here and he took a bite and the chicken was completely uncooked in the center. We were on a trip, so by the time he realized this, it was too late to turn around and get a refund, so I took a picture of the sandwich and sent it to their customer service dept. It’s been months and no one has ever followed up with me to find out if he got sick or even apologize for serving us potentially lethal food.
