I had a very bad experience at Turner Automotive. They had my truck for 61 days for a supercharger rebuild and they damaged it in the process. I had to spend $ 861 at a different shop to get the damage that they caused fixed. Ross Turner refused to compensate me and I had to take him to court. I won the court case and Turner had to pay for court fees, sheriff service and the repair bill at the other shop. Ross Turner is awful to deal with in my experience. I recommend avoiding Turner Automotive.

I purchased a new vehicle from Turner Automotive a few months back. I was totally thrilled with the sales people that I dealt with. They were very friendly, not pushy and were very accommodating. When I went into finance I was treated very fairly. I feel I got a great deal, a good interest rate and a beautiful vehicle. I recently took it into service for my first oil change. The service advisor was friendly and answered my questions. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they were able to fit me in at a convenient time for me.

I would give negative stars if I could. This place can hardly handle changing the oil in a new Toyota. They scratch things, leave oil cans under the hood and have terrible customer service. Give your money to another dealership. They are AWFUL!
