As a sneaker fiend myself its refreshing to see some fresh, raw and young businesses booming in this quaint almost-quietly conservative area of town. This store has the potential to boom. Located just steps from infamous honolulu avenue S&B carries street wear. But not just any olé thing from your local mall store. Yes, they carry the ‘kicks’ with the wild colorways but they have a selection of accessories and clothing both for men and women. The gentlemen were very helpful and courteous although one of them wasn’t too knowledgeable on a particular sneaker I was looking for. He directed me to a board shop down the street. It was then that another partner jumped in on the conversation knowing full well what shoe I wanted. While they didn’t carry any they gave me good referrals and even introduced me to a whole new shoe concept that I’ve never seen. One worth looking into and possibly purchasing. Thanks fellas! Again, S&B has the potential to be an established boutique. With time, marketing and patience I’m sure they can pull it off.
