Niko’s Tavern

Visited this bar a couple years ago and had a blast. Returned today, 7÷13÷15 and the bartender was hammered (watched her drinking behind the bar) and seemingly also on some other substance. Slurring, staggering, and yammering about people yelling… When none seemed to be doing anything of the sort. Extreme over-​pouring of both shots and cocktails, and while we like stiff drinks, these were just unpalatable. As an experienced and longtime bartender, being accompanied by a Colorado bar owner and another bartender, watching this bar in action was both appalling and annoying. We left after a single round. I hope someone tells the owner how this establishment is operating without supervision.
Do yourself a favor, walk across the street to Tall Hall Tavern… Awesome owners, bartenders and environment.
