Excellent!
I’v actually had 3 great experiences with Josh at Mc Cycles. The first time, I was installing grips on my wife’s bike, and dropped the ferrull on the end of the cable. Couldn’t find it anywhere, and called McCycles. Josh made a house call and had us fixed up in just a few minutes. He also did the 5k service on the Dyna for a great price. And… how many times have you gotten an estimate on something and been surprised that the actual price was LESS than the estimate? Josh installed apes on my Road King, and beat his original estimate. I’m not saying he does this all of the time — but he really delivered for me!
