This is the upscale laundromat in town, and if you have to go somewhere to wash your comforters, this is the place. The people here are very nice and helpful, especially to someone who doesn’t know how to do laundry at all. They have newer machines, plenty of them, a little shop with beach gear, tanning beds, arcade games and a children’s play area with table & chairs, toys and books. We’ve been here twice and both times, it was pleasant to hang-​out and wait for out wash. I suppose this place is more expensive than the one on Illinois Street, but for the availability of commercial washers & dryers and the much nicer clientele, I’m happy to pay more here.
