It is a nice place to grab a bite to eat in a cumfy setting. parking is a bit hectic on game nights but other then that good food at a good price.

This the best Restaurant in all of Monticello has to offer! I found this gold mine by accident and the name of the café will fool you since it looks as if they serve tradition american food. This is actually a authentic southern soul food restaurant that puts a twist on tradition american burgers and fries. I was pleasantly surprised and gave this place a Unilocal five star. This café should be on the food network as a place to visit if your in Monticello Georgia. All the meals are made from scratch so there is no fast food here, sit back and relax. The customer service is excellent and very personable that makes me feel I’m at a friends house for dinner. So far my favorite was the fry chicken with the side of Mac and cheese with fried Okrea. This is definitely a must visit location! I’m here in Georgia for a few days and will be back to try other items. They do close early after lunch at 2pm after lunch. The next day I went eat breakfast and wow it was good. You can get hash browns or grits, biscuit or toast, sausage or bacon and eggs all for $ 5.00. The servings were huge. They do offer a lot of off the menu item and the service was a Southern charm! This is well worth a visit.
