Customer services is a lost art — not at Broadway Cycle. The first time I visited the shop to get a flat fixed. Don, the owner, was working at the shop that day and quickly changed my flat AND loaded my bike up for me afterwards without me having to ask, haven’t had anyone from Erik’s Bike Shop or Penn Cycle do THAT! Since I didn’t know how to change a flat myself, he invited me to «Ladies Night» clinic where he taught us girls how to change a flat, fix basic chain problems, and do other basic bicycle maintenance. Thanks to Broadway Cycle’s hospitality I have a whole new group of friends to ride with :-). The service is great and so are their prices. This shop rocks!
