Disappointed. I had an appt set for a bride and a few bridesmaids. When I called the service was great! When we walked in very friendly people. I had a 3:30 appt. after waiting 20 min(WITH A APPTSET!!!) still were not seen. Very unhappy with that whole experience. However, I would try going again because the people were very friendly.

I am giving this nail salon a four star for the great job they have done the past two times on my gel nails. The gel has never peeled off and the artwork(snowflake) was amazing. I also like that they give u your own bag with your own nail files that they keep on hand for the next time you come in. I am giving it a one star for the actual salon. There is an inch of nail dust over everything! Everything including tables and chairs look dirty! And boy could this place use a paintbrush. Good grief! This is not a place to get pampered. It gets the job done but not in style. Total bummer. They do accept walk ins. They open at 9am which is nice BUT bring cash or check! They DONOT accept debit or credit cards. That’s a first for me. I had to make a run to Wells Fargo after I was done to grab some cash.

Wasn’t super pleased with this place. I got a french manicure for an upcoming wedding(no artificial nails, just manicure). The person I had wasn’t very sociable nor did he speak English very well. He did a pretty poor job on my nails, too; the white tips were way thicker on the right hand than on the left, and he also cut my nails really short and all in different shapes. Some of my nails were more square and some were very round! I feel like I could have done just as good, if not better of a job at home! The atmosphere of the place wasn’t very comfortable either… if you are looking for a place to be pampered and feel relaxed while getting your nails done, this is not the place for you. The décor and furniture are all outdated, and they were playing a 90s movie on the TV, which they just repeated again when it was over. The whole place just felt like they just threw some crappy tables and office chairs in there and called it a nail salon. Also, the guy started my manicure and then before he would paint my nails he stopped and said I had to pay him first! And by the way, they only accept check or cash, which is a huge pain. So I had to get up in the middle of my manicure to go get my purse and write him out a check… I have never had to do that at any other salon. I thought it was pretty ridiculous that they would ask their customers to do that in the middle of the manicure. The only thing that saved this place from getting only one star is the fact that I only had to pay $ 17. But trust me when I say you get what you pay for!
