Arthur Glick Truck Sales – Service Department

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with anyone servicing my car. They had told me earlier that they had «fixed the brakes» but neglected to say that I actually needed new pads. i wore down the pads, ruined and brakes and was then charged 750 dollars to have them replaced. Absolute con. They also seem to conspire with Hyundai to make sure that NOTHING is EVER covered by Hyundai’s legendary warranty. (It is legendary because it only covers collisions with unicorns, centaurs and flying pigs).
Abysmal service, annoying ponderous repairs manager, incredibly slow (so they can bill you for hours of work) endless paperwork, rude women out front who never help you in any way. Horrible waiting rooms, disgusting dirty bathrooms. Horrible in every possible way. Never use this place, never get your vehicle serviced here and never buy a vehicle from them. Abysmal beyond belief.
