If I can rate this salon a zero I would. This salon don’t deserve a one star. My experienced was horrible. I went here to get a blond highlight. I asked for caramel highlight. And my front hair is the most blond I’ve ever seen. It’s so blond and the root of my hair was orange. The highlight she gave me was the chunky highlights that was popular in the 90’s. That is not those picture o showed her. The salon owner name zepe something, didn’t even bother to do a blow dry. She did for a minute or two, then she said it cost extra $ 15 to blow dry and style. To my knowledge, or experienced to salon if you get a color. It comes with a blowdry, so this way you can see the actual color of your hair that was done. Not only that she was rough when she wash my hair. I also have to ask her if I can borrow a brush to comb my hair, because she didn’t even try to comb my hair. I was disappointed when I left. She offered that she can do it for free if I was not happy within a week. After the salon, I stop by a Chinese restaurant nearby, the Chinese lady told me there’s was something in my ear. I rub it, it was a shampoo and color chemicals from coloring. I should have check before I left cause she used the towel three times on my hair and I didn’t have protection on my face. Also, she used a face towel that is not a good size for my long hair. The next day, I decided to to go to Naperville and get it re-​done. Not a good place to get a highlight!
