Ralph’s Upholstery does top-​notch service. After dealing with another nearby upholstery shop and having nothing but problems plus very high prices, a friend suggested that I try Ralph’s. I dropped off an old boat seat to be reupholstered. Ralph was honest and suggested I shop around for a new boat seat because the price of reupholstering would cost just as much, but I was unable to find a seat with matching color patterns and opted to have Ralph reupholster it. He originally estimated it’d take 3 weeks. Within 1 week, he called to tell me the job was completed. The quality of his work was excellent. He matched up the colors exactly and the craftsmanship of the job was great. Ralph was friendly and ended the transaction with a handshake and thanking me for his business — exactly like local, old-​school businesses do that you won’t find in your larger chain stores. Next time I need upholstery work done, I’ll be eager to go back to Ralph’s. The work he did compared to a shop up the road was much better quality, much faster, much cheaper, and it wasn’t like pulling teeth.

Fantastic service and craftsmanship. Ralph replaced my convertible top and repaired a rip in my back seat. Car looks practically new now instead of 10 years old. Seat repair is a great match. He has Saturday hours too which is much appreciated. Highly recommend without any hesitation.
