Publix Super Markets

I always enjoy going to Publix because they are the cleanest grocery stores out of any of the other chains I just don’t understand how Publix can jack up their prices and items be so much more expensive compared to Walmart or Winn Dixie. I only go to Publix when I need a few items because it will cost too much.
For example, I literally grabbed maybe 10 items today and it cost almost $ 70. I also couldn’t find sliced pepperoncinis which means the grocery store I was trying to avoid I now have to make another trip.
The deli is probably my favorite at Publix.

To be fair, this Publix is trying to be good, I will admit it has good food, and some nice people, but unfortunately the customer service here is not good, some of the customer service employees are little bit rude at times, and this Publix is still making the same mistakes like getting cakes wrong, also employees are being forced to their jobs, they don’t explain the 2 on 2 very well, and wifi is not really good. This Publix is not terrible it’s just not good to shop at all the time there, this Publix needs to do a better job at customer service, also it needs more employees, because they’re not that many to help you. Over all they need better customer service, better wifi, and more employees. 2.1÷5

I ordered my wedding cake– the «simply devoted» cake a month in advance as requested by the store. The corporate publix quoted the price on the cake but the store wouldn’t take my order over the phone despite the fact that I pleaded that I was ordering out of state, already had the price and just needed them to take the order. They refused so I sent my sister in law to place the order in person. When I got into town for the wedding I went into the store and paid for the cake two days before so that my pickup person wouldn’t have to deal with money. When I received what was supposed to be a chocolate cake with ivory frosting– it was chocolate with brown /​gray frosting. The frosting itself was done poorly and the polka dots on the side were sporadically placed. It was so awful it belongs on cake wrecks. I emailed corporate but heard nothing. The cake tasted fine but it was nothing like the picture. I’ve never taken a cake decorating class and I could do better.

Really, I have never visited a Publix I did not like. This one is nice as well. I really like the shopping center this one is located in.
Ok, so this Publix has big sky bread is at this location. Not sure if it is local but have not been able to find Big Sky bread in any other location.
