Ntb-National Tire & Battery

I came here looking to get an oil change and my mother had recommended National Tire & Battery.
I came in on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t too busy. It’s a new built NTB so the parking lot and building look sleek.
I was greeted within 5 minutes of waking in and was helped immediately. I told the serviceman that I came in for an oil change and asked how long it was going to take. He replied saying my car would be finished within 30 – 40 minutes. I gave him my keys and decided to take a look around before being picked up to do some errands with my mother.
As I looked around, I noticed the counters, floors, and tables were spotless. No a speck of dust was in site. Everything was neat and tidy. Off from the main floor was a quaint waiting room, looking more like a children’s play area. A few comfy chairs with some fresh coffee was occupying that area for the adults while the children had a few toys and a TV to keep themselves entertained.
Not too long after, I had left with my mother and got a call roughly 35 minutes later saying that my car was ready to be picked up. When I get there, I see my car sitting outside with a new sticker in place of the old oil change sticker. I walk in and was greeted by the same serviceman who helped me, unfortunately, I do not remember his name.
He did suggest a few things to get fixed on the car, but I politely declined. When I did ring to pay, he asked to see the back of my credit card, which says to check ID, and he did. Although this had nothing to do with the car or service I had gotten done, it does show that they are caring and protecting their customers and this shows a lot in a business. Then again, it could of just been the associate himself and no one else in that building, but I’m going to think otherwise.
Overall, my experience here was fast and phenomenal! NTB is very clean, cares about their customers, and know that I’ll be treated with great respect. I definitely recommend NTB for getting the job done.

I had a flat tire on my fleet vehicle which I have taken to this location several times. I pumped it up at home drove straight to NTB happly seeing no cars in the bays and no one waiting. A few minutes later it was 7:30 the lights came on and I entered. I told the gentalman at the counter that I had a flat tire this morning and would like it fixed. He asked if I had an appointment which I did not since I didn’t expect to wake up to a flat tire. He said it’s going to be a while since you didn’t make an appointment and vanished into the back without another word. I waited 15 minutes for his return noting all bays still empty and no one but me waiting. I gave up and left to look for someplace with better service. If you post your hours as opening at 7:30 someone should be ready to work. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

These guys were awesome. I love the feel of the décor, they were super friendly and helpful. Having a terrible experience at Farm & Fleet coming here relieved that for sure ! Keep it up guys.

I know cars, I’m not some misinformed little lady and they just were super on point. :)

just got excellent service here during my visit… They did a very good job on the car and they even went above and beyond on a couple of issues. I will definitely be back for future service!

We’ve had a lot of work done on our house and both my wife and I ended up with a nail in one back tire resulting in slow leaks. It sometimes happens when nails take a while to wash out of gutters and/​or gravel. My wife stopped here and they plugged her tire at no charge as a first-​time customer. I stopped by the next day, had my tire plugged, and also asked them to take a look at the brakes. I had spent $ 800.00 at the nearby Chevy dealership and my brakes made a horrible noise if the road was wet, had gone to another mechanic in Aurora who cleaned the ABS components and cleared that up, but there was still some give when holding the brake on a hill, like maybe the system wasn’t bled properly. NTB adjusted the back brakes and the problem when away. $ 23.00 for the tire patch and brake adjustment. So I made an appointment to come back and get my oil changed. I had been told that I needed a new power steering pump by another mechanic elsewhere because of a slow leak. NTB found a leak in the hose. Oil change, top of the power steering fluid — $ 24.00. I’ll have to find a mechanic to replace the power steering hose without also finding $ 500.00 worth of other repairs now, but Cesar and his guys seem to work quickly and honestly, at least that’s what we’ve found after three visits. Helpful, professional, fast, honest — works for me.

Went here for a new battery on Sunday 11÷24÷13. They were fast and even looked at a problem I was having and quoted me. Very clean waiting area, my 4 year old daughter loved looking through the windows at the cars getting worked on.
It was really cold, and I had parked my car on the side furthest from the door mistakenly, so when they returned my car, they brought it right to the door for me. I would highly recommend this store.
