Scheduled an 8 am appt on a day the clinic opened at 8. Arrived at 7:50 and signed in. The doctor didn’t enter the exam room until 9:05 on this visit — it was 8:45 on the previous visit to same clinic at same time, and I had similarly long waits for the 3 visits prior to that. When I expressed displeasure at being kept waiting more than an hour, the doctor yelled at me, told me I had no right to speak to him that way, discharged me as a patient, and stomped out of the room. The female tech in the room offered no apology; when I mentioned their patient scheduling practices were unacceptable, she responded, «I don’t have anything to do with that.» Quality of medical care: no complaints. Professional, friendly service: forget it. Customer concerns matter: no chance.
