I’m not one to engage in back and forth in an online setting but Ellen’s behavior further solidifies the review I left her. In the past week Ellen has called, texted and emailed me, demanding me to take my negative review down. On top of harassing me, she threatened to come to my work to discuss removing it. Instead of Ellen demanding I take my review down, perhaps she should reflect on why I posted the review I did, apologize for making me feel compelled to write said review and offer to make it right — instead of refuting what I said and threatening me. Customers beware, this business owner will use your personal contact information to harass you if she doesn’t like what you say about her — the epitome of an unprofessional business and business owner.

Ellen is an absolute professional and does quality work in a profession marred by novice hacks. I fully endorse her and the services she provides. My wife and I both have used her exclusively for the past 7+ years. I read the one star review posted earlier and all I can say is I’m shocked. I enjoy conversation and a little hospitality, especially when someone has me by the short hairs.

This was my first time trying body sugaring and I must say that Ellen was amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable despite my sensitivity. I didn’t have to wait and she works fast and effeciently :-) The environment was really chill and nice. She was clean and everything was sanitary which is a MUST! I will definitely be returning in the future for this service! Thanks for a great first experience Ellen!

Love this place! Went to Ellen for a Brazilian. She was so nice and extremely comfortable to be around. The process was quick and painless. Def going back soon!
