By far, as an adult, I have yet to find an establishment with worse customer service than this. This same scenario has happened 3 years running, so you might be correct in labeling some of the«stupid» on us. When you book rooms here, you’re merely typing stuff on the Internet. Zero chance you’ll be awarded the room categories you pick, even if you’re a Hilton Diamond member… and we had three. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me thrice, shame on Dave.

Stayed this past weekend while attending a weekend long event at the Renaissance across the street. Got to love Hampton! While others complained about the $ 18.00 breakfast at their hotel I had finished a fresh waffle, yogurt and fruit and the wonderful breakfast lady got me ice for my lemon iced tea! Every front desk agent was very nice, and the guy that checked me in encouraged the cookies they make during the week. Room was clean, bed comfortable. All you need from a Hampton.

This is a great hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Great little coffee station to meet your café needs! I got a king size bed and it was extremely comfortable. The room had clearly been upgraded. Everything was super clean. Just something to consider, request a room as far away from the elevator as possible. I stayed in 307 and every 30 seconds you hear what sounds like a jetliner flying over your house. It took me a good few hours to realize it’s the elevator. I live next to an airport so it didn’t bother me. Just a heads up. I would have liked some type of outdoor seating even if in the back. I highly enjoy having coffee outside while reading the paper. There weren’t any options to do so. I will definitely be coming back!

My room smelled as though every bathroom in the hotel was venting directly into it. It only started smelling after the hotel was crowded, or else I’d simply have rejected the room and found another hotel. This was not a minor inconvenience, but a potential health hazard. When I reported the problem in the morning, the front desk staff wrote down the complaint, but offered no apology. A complaint to Hilton corporate has not been responded to in the five days since I sent it. Don’t stay here.

The hotel was very well put together very aesthetically pleasing. The valet guys were nice and when I checked in the first time they were very nice as well. however in the evening the The lady at the front desk was not very kind actually completely disregarded my question and stared at me and had someone else answer my question. however my husband is stationed at the nearby base for a training and this is one of the nicer places to stay in the area

I stayed here recently while I was in Montgomery for business. The location is great — very close to downtown, with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The building is historic and was renovated nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. Standard amenities included breakfast and cookies in the afternoon, coffee in the lobby 24/7, free wifi. There is free parking in the back lot with a few spots reserved for Diamond members. Apparently if the lot fills up, there is valet, but I didn’t have to valet during the course of my 5 day stay. My complaints: not all rooms have fridge/micro so if this is important to you, make sure you let them know when you check in. Also, there is no coin laundry on site(I called before to make sure and was told they did and packed for having access to laundry so this was a MAJOR inconvenience for me.) Overall, this Hampton gets a pass. It’s reasonable price and location are enough to make me give them the a-ok.

Dated room. Shower cannot be regulated. No light at door and dark corner to get to room. Opened drapes to get natural light and all that is visible are the rusty and dated AC units. The TV was not bright. Can’t wait to get out of here! We are Hilton Honors members but I guess it does not mean much.

This a very enjoyable hotel that has been upgraded. Large bright rooms. Typical Hampton breakfast. Would surely stay here again. Great location.
