Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have reserved a none 9.99 deal, I needed a car with cruise control, I ended getting that and very pleased they have helped me.

I needed a car the day of. I went online to make a reservation and arrived at Eastern Blvd. Enterprise and had Brandy help me. She was the most professional person I have ever had to help me with a rental. She went above what I expected for her to. I’m not going into all the details. Thank you for all the help.

I’ve been an regular customer of Enterprise for some years now through various jobs where I travel a lot. But the experience, the customer service and the treatment I get at the location on Eastern Blvd. keeps me coming back. From the service of the manager, it trickles down to the asst managers and sales managers. They are more than accomodating, always ensure they have a vehicle for me and even in the busiest of times, they are sure to greet all customers, handle each customer as if they are the only person there and make sure everyone has a customer service experience that is 2^nd to none. As long as I am in the Montgomery area, that Enterprise will be my location of choice. Kudos to Steven and the entire crew there.
