Randi created the cake for our wedding on 6-​11-​2016. I had so many people come up to me and tell me how delicious the cake was! half cannoli half strawberry. it was absolutely mouthwatering! I will definitely be returning to eat this bakery for any cakes I need an future!

After being on the hunt for a cheesecake I stumbled on this bakery. The person that took my order was very nice and gave my son a cake pop. The cheesecake was a little salty but I plan on giving them another shot since it was definitely a homemade cheesecake

Everything here is delicious. Cupcakes wonderful (and I had 18 cupcakes from the Cupcake Festival and only liked ONE!) The ricotta berry cake is lovely. Beautiful shop.

Just love this bakery! The owner takes the time to get to know the many repeat customers and her food is yummy! I love how she and her bakery is part of her community. Randi will always happily support your fundraiser and works with the other small business as well. I love the breads and the Sunday and Wednesday dinners too!

I’m in love and its name is yellow cupcake with chocolate frosting. It’s everything you’d ever want in s cupcake. The cake is buttery, the frosting is the perfect balance of chocolately creamy goodness. It’s a must try! We’ve had a few other flavors and all very good but this one is amazing.
I love that they offer dinner for take out a few nights a week and haven’t but will check it out soon.
The staff has always been really friendly. It’s a small joint but packed full of selections. If you’re in the area definately check it out.

I’m sure the baked goods are fine but Randi was very rude to me when I walked in earlier today. Not only did she leave the store unattended for over 10 minutes (very unprofessional on its own) but she had the nerve to throw her attitude at me when I mentioned the fact that I was looking for her.
Simple manners and courtesy go a long way especially when managing a bakery.
I will not be going back.

Just had a maple bacon cupcake from the fishkill festival and bleh… Where’s the bacon and maple flavor? I tasted a spice cake with terrible greasy frosting. Bleh awful! Not a fan. Won’t be back to try another. Also super super small. All the other cupcakes I got were huge and extravagant and this was just so boring and blah: Wish I could say the festival made me want to come back, but that’s not the case. No thank you! I will spend my money elsewhere.

Great little local bakery with owner doing all the baking it seems in the back. I drive from Sugar Loaf past many other bakeries because I like it so much. Strawberry bunt cake was amazing last time and custom orders were handled with ease. Just wish I lived closer!

Probably not 5 star worthy in my book, however, due to the severe lack of good food and desserts in the neighborhood, this place is like a 7. The owner/​baker/​baby sitter (yes, there were kids running around the house) is very friendly and certainly puts her love into these delicious treats. Not a wide selection, which is good because you know pretty much everything is fresh.

Eat This Bakery supplied my wedding cake as well as a custom groom’s cake for my wedding. We live in Brooklyn and really wanted a certain cake from a bakery down there but we were getting married in Orange County. I heard about Eat This and went in to try some of her things and loved it. I ended up bringing her a slice of the cake from Brooklyn and asked if she could re-​create it. She assured me she could and man was she right! The cake was even more delicious than the original from Brooklyn. It’s not often that you have guests ask for more cake at a wedding but it happened! Without a doubt, it was the best cake I’ve ever had!

Wanted to like this place because I want to support local business’. I bought six cupcakes one morning thinking they would be fresh. Four of the six cupcakes were dry and two were rock hard like they were two days old. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? I will try again because I really hate traveling far to get cupcakes.

The owners of this bakery are very friendly and accommodating. They’ve even helped us out in a pinch with after hours orders and pick-​up when necessary. Great for snacks on the way to the playground, for coffee and a pastry on the way to work, or to grab trays of goodies for events. My son and I love to go to this bakery.

This is a great little local bakery. Smells great as soon as you walk in & the staff was very friendly. The lady who served us checked every cupcake to make sure we got the freshest ones, and one cupcake was more than enough to make me full.
