Dream Nail

I’ve had my nails done here for years. Don & Hannah (owners) are the best but there are other people who do a great job too. They are usually pretty booked so i always call in advance and make an appointment. I go somewhere else to do my pedicures because they seem to last longer for the same price. id say they are pricey but every nail place in Montgomery seems to charge higher than other areas (like Conroe). a ful set will cost you $ 40.00 and if you just want shellacked covering your own nails its $ 30.

this place should be called Nightmare nails, not Dream Nails! One of the worst nail salons I have been to. The male nail tech I had the displeasure of doing my nails today had the worst attitude. You can definitely see that this guy hates his job. He walked up to his table very slowly and had an attitude. He could barely understand my request of shortening my nails. At the beginning of our session I resquested them to be shorter and he acted as if he understood me, then towards the end of the job I asked him when was he going to shorten my nails he huffed and puffed because he acted as if… why am I just now asking him to shorten them. Also he was very rough with the emery board I asked him very politely to not be so rough and he literally gave me the evil eye. He gave me two cuts on two different fingers and I showed him that I was bleeding and he got so mad and stood up and said «you don’t like it then leave!!» Yes! He absolutely said for me to leave! With unfinished nails! The owner then came over to complete my nails and was very apologetic, I am thankful at least she knew how to do nails and with a good attitude. However, had that been my business I would not have allowed my upset customer, especially after being treated the way the male nail tech treated my customer, I would not have made them pay. Any way, I paid and tipped the owner. And I will make that my first and last trip there and hopefully my review will help them understand that word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. Unfortunately this may not have been the best form of advertisement for them. They should reconsider their employees!

Great Place! Very friendly, although sometimes hard to understand the earnest attempts with English.
They do good work and I have never seen anyone unhappy with their service.
They do several types of nails, acrylic, solar, gel, etc. mani/​pedi, & waxing.
Reasonably priced, quality work.
