Buffalo Wild Wings

I was with N O. and yes we all got sick. Took forever to get drink orders. Was hoping this new location would be different than the old BWW but the more things change the more they stay the same.

Food Poisoning. Not just me either. My friends had arrived several hours earlier and got sick as well. Our food was ordered at separate times, at least an hour apart and most of us ended up sick.
Will not return.

You really can’t beat the wings at a BWW; nothing else on the menu interests me. This BWW has a great new layout with more TVs than the old style. Great for watching football. They have BrewLock Heineken on tap here; not many places have BrewLock anything.
This is a new restaurant with typical new restaurant growing pains. The managers seem to be closely watching the new servers to ensure things are right. No complaints from me but I’m a huge fan of the wings.

Super Good experience today. The Wife and I stopped in to satisfy a wing craving. We sat at the bar and were very well taken care of by Ashley. Ashley actually knows how pour a proper Guinness! Traditional Buffalo New York style dry wings were perfect. Prices are still a lil’ high for chicken wings but the service today was worth it! Ashley you got a tip… And I encourage anyone visiting this location to ask for you «she’s the bar tender»!

oh how I long for fresh chicken & orange carrot sticks & crisp celery. especially after Tuesday wing night. it was disappointing that the cheddar cheese curds were mere mozzarella. the blue cheese was straight white – no cheese chunks. The boneless were brownish meated frozen breaded slimy sauced hunks. the bbq wings were a 5. I’m picky. I know. but Montgomery lacks service. Montgomery is «hurry up and wait». I hate when employees seem irritated that I wanted food at this particular time. our server was nice. colorblind when it came to bringing me actual blue cheese dressing… but nice. WingMaster has a DT and the lemon pepper is the bomb.

Called in early to make reservations for a party of 10 and told that it is walk in only. We arrived at 6pm and waited over an hour and a half. Plenty of groups were seated prior to us before they said that our tables were being cleaned. Then immediately they sat down a party that arrived only 15 minutes prior at said table. The food has always been sub par here and at that point we walked out. We were seated within 5 minutes at Outback across the street. Never plan to visit here again. I also heavily recommend that any TDY military avoid this place. There are plenty of places that treat you better and know how to serve good food.

Went in on Sunday to watch football. Sat at the bar and ordered a drink and the pretzel app. Received the pretzel app which was cold in the middle and still had not received my drink. Bartender was to busy washing glasses. I finally got her attention and asked for a glass of water. Thinking maybe she would take a hint. When I was done, she said she spoke to her manager and they would like to make me the drink for free. Little too late. Manager never came over and spoke to me, I had to speak to him. Very apologetic but again a little too late.

Came back to this location on October 25^th with my mom, sister, and nephew. A much better experience than last time.
Still a lot of girls crowded around the hostess stand, but they were nice and seated us promptly (at a table not under a TV).
Our food all came out hot and in a timely manner.
Negative stars for how COLD it was in there. I took a jacket and wrapped up in it, but everyone else was freezing. So freezing that my sister and nephew rushed through their meal so they could leave. The couple at the table next to us was complaining about the cold as well.
What is it, Alabama restaurants? Why so cold? This is Alabama. We’re used to the heat. We don’t want it to be hot inside our restaurants, but we will definitely be too cold if the inside temp is below 70. That’s just how we are. Don’t freeze us out!
Will return again. Hopefully I won’t have to bring my winter coats, boots, scarf, and gloves inside if I come in July.

Buffalo Wild Wings returning to Montgomery was a big deal for those of us who like to go out and watch a game with friends.
The new restaurant has a great atmosphere for watching the games and there are a ton of big HD televisions. You can’t help but be facing a television no matter where you sit.
The patio area is heated and is nice. It is pretty quiet out there and just like inside the restaurant, there are a ton of televisions.
The food is what it is, Buffalo Wild Wings. It isn’t the greatest food in town but for the money and game watching atmosphere, it is hard to beat.
If you are looking for a place in Montgomery to watch a game Buffalo Wild Wings will be tough to beat.

Just left buffalo wild wings on a Friday night and the service was beyond horrible. Sat at our table for over ten minutes before being greeted by a stand by server who kindly offered to get our drink order. Had to wait another ten minutes for our actual server to greet us. By which time we were ready to order our complete meal. Our wings arrived at our table before the appetizers which arrived 15 minutes after the wings we had to ask for silverware the female servers including ours were more concerned about talking with each other and closing out bills than working the floor as team. We noticed all the male servers were not standing around shooting the bull and their tables were served promptly and they worked as a team. This isn’t a call out on the female servers at the restaurant as we have dined here before and our server was beyond awesome and female (wished we could have had her again tonight). The tips get better when servers work as a team. We won’t be back anytime soon regardless of how much I like garlic parmesan wings. The manager needs to be a management and not buddy buddy with servers standing around a chatting.

This is better than the last bww but honestly they’ve been going downhill fast. The quality of service and food has been really terrible the last couple bwws I’ve been to. Our sever was nice here but the wings and burgers taste old and dry.

Went on a Saturday around mid afternoon. The place was packed with people and College Football ruled the TV Screens and there was a lot of them. To make the experience more confusing, the sound from all those TV’s showing all those games was extremely loud. So load that we considered leaving. We could barely hear the waiter speaking when he took our order. If your not into Loud Noise while you are dining, this should not be a place for you to eat.
Be mindful of the employee that comes to your table offering samples of Beer and Sauces. Although a nice addition to the Dining Experience, you could barely hear a word she said over the TV’s and in that atmosphere, you practically had to shout to be heard. Trying the samples was ok. They give you a little squirt or two in a plastic cup and a couple french fries to dip in the sauce. I liked the Salt and Vinegar so much I ordered the fries (Yes they have Salt & Vinegar Fries) which was very tasty.
The service was alright and the food was as good as you could expect. No problems with either. The next time we visit, we will be dining out in the Screened In Area where the TV’s wont be blaring and I could actually hear my wife tell me to wipe the sauce off of my chin.

Basic B dubs. Finally in Montgomery though! Good service, clean, and a good feel! Make the stop!

Best service I’ve had from any business in a long time. It may be the best B Dubs I’ve been to ever. It’s definitely top 2. The only negative aspect I saw was that my wings weren’t very fresh, but they were still good.

The food was great minus the size of the app we ordered the cheese curds and the basket only came with a small handful our toddler pretty much ate the whole thing by himself the service on the other hand was terrible our waitress was lacking personality to say the least we received our drinks after we got our app we waited so long for our Ranch that the wings got cold the server never checked back in with us after bringing us our drinks we were never asked if we needed a refill and never received the celery that we ordered I expected the manager to come around and do a table touch but he never left the hostess stand the whole two hours we were there we won’t be back this was pretty much the same experience we had at the old BWW no wonder they closed

It has been a minute since I’ve had BW3. I assumed that maybe this new location had it goin’ on. They did… kind of. My order came out wrong but the waitress corrected it after 10 minutes of eating and finally checking on my table. Then, sadly, the right potato wedges came out after we were all finished eating. Rather than make my friends wait, I chose to take them to go, which was pointless since reheated potato wedges with chili and cheese never turns out well. My meal was not discounted due to the mistake. The manager did, however, make his way over to apologize.
A side note; the chili queso dip was amazing! You must try it. My wings were bland and I wished that I had ordered bone-​in wings. Boneless is just not the same.
Something that was a bit annoying was the loudness of the music and PA system the hostess was using to greet people and keep the «vibe» alive. A little too «crunk» for noon on a Tuesday. Maybe to tone it down at lunch would be an idea?

Went last night, and despite the reviews I had a great time. Sat at the bar, and the waitress was very attentivr, my food came in a timely manner, and the overall atmosphere was great. Definitely would go back

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant… first the hostess insisted we sit in a booth because we had two small kid and it was the «safest» location. We told her we needed a place with a high chair but she ignored that unbeknownst to us at the time. We waited 30 mins on a booth. Once seated they would not give us a high chair because they said it was a fire hazard since we were in a booth… so we used a booster seat which was an epic fail. The manager eventually gave us a high chair once our 2 yr old started acting up. We figured we would just deal with it and try to enjoy the meal.
It took us an hour to get our food! The waitress apologized and said they were short staffed. The bigger issue, in my mind, was the food was cold when it arrived at the table. The dry rub was overseasoned and I had to ask for ranch and celery… they only delivered the ranch. My wife’s chicken sandwich tasted like it had freezer burn. I will never return… way overpriced and horrible service.

Good food, cold beer. I agree with the previous reviewer that it is very loud in this place. I was here by myself but if I had been here with others I am confident it would have been an issue trying to hear others at my table. I have been to several other B-​Dubs and this one is by far the loudest. But I had a good meal, good service and was happy with my visit. They also have Buzztime trivia here (as they do at all locations).

The last BWW that was here in Montgomery closed a few years ago and the service was horrible there then. I was hoping for a better experience this time, but that didn’t happen. My food was fine, but the music was so freaking loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. To top it off the service was atrocious. She forgot to put my app in and then before and after getting our food she rarely came to refill drinks. After we were done eating we couldn’t find her to get our checks so we had to ask someone else to find her for us.
I’ll go back because I do like BWW and I know that it’s new so I expect things to not run smoothly, but I hope they get there stuff straightened out with service and please turn down the music.
