Tried multiple service folks in an attempt to repair my Sony Bravia (46″) and finally found this amazing technician. A Sony-​certified repair service and conveniently located not far from me, I took the TV in and within an hour had a call back with the diagnosis and offers of multiple solutions to repair the TV. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and creative in working with me. I couldn’t be happier. I have taped Bob’s contact info to the back of every TV we own!

Bob charges $ 49 to diagnose the problems and applies that to the repair. I had a Vizio LED/​LCD diagnosed and repaired in under three days! Bob was very courteous and professional. I think his prices were reasonable. I would use Advanced TV & Video Service again.
