First took my 21-​year old watch to McPeek’s Timepiece on Lighthouse for a new battery. Informed the price was $ 26.95. When I came back 10 minutes later, was informed the watch was no longer working and «everything dies.» Came to Suzuki’s after reading the positive reviews on Unilocal because my watch has great sentimental value. New battery only 10 dollars and left with a working watch. Will return next time I need my watch service. Thank you!!!

They are only open some Saturdays according to the sign on their door. Today, the man in the shop said that they were not technically open (the door was locked), but he let me in anyway and replaced my watch battery in less than 5 minutes for $ 10. Thanks!

I brought in my watch for a battery replacement today and once again, Suzuki lived up to it’s 5 star overall rating. I arrived at 4:40 and even though he had locked the door as he was cleaning and about to call it a day, Mr. Suzuki let me in, changed the battery in 5 minutes and I was out the door a happy customer once again. Price = $ 10. Service = Priceless. I highly recommend Suzuki Jewelers.

Wonderful people who do a fabulous job. I took my fathers 2 gold pocket watches to Stuart Suzuki, as neither watch was running and one had a broken crystal. Stuart kept them, cleaned them, got them running and replaced the crystal. Excellent work, very honest, reliable and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent jewelry repair! The old jewelry store in North Monterey on Fremont, told me my 35 year old very sentimental gold watch was no longer working. I ask them to recommend another Jeweler and thus Suzuki was new to me. I thought perhaps a good cleaning was due. Well, the staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. The very humble shop has been a family owned and operated business for decades. The elderly, charming mom was at the counter. The Jeweler son was very studiously examining his next project. Great news for me! The old watch battery needed replacing, because IT was defective. The watch was just fine.

I realize rating a business a 5 runs the risk of being filtered but I just have to say Suzuki Jewelers has my business! I often buy watches that need to have links taken out of the band. I previously paid $ 15 at a jewelry store at the mall even though they suggested I take it to Suzuki. I was in a hurry so I just paid that time but the next time I got a watch that needed links out I went to Suzuki. Even though it took him two times to get the size right, he did it for $ 8 and said it was a one-​time cost, so if I ever need to add or remove more links it would be free. Good deal!

Suzuki Jewelers is a family run Jewelry store that also repairs watches, jewelry and replaces watch batteries. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a quick turnaround rate and are very friendly. Just a heads they are closed for one hour daily for lunch.
