Our son had a mole removed on his ear that looked suspicious. Wonderful Dr. joe sent it in for a second opinion, which really concerned us. (It was a good move of Dr. joe because the mole is in a high sun exposure spot). While we were awaiting results anxiously (our son is eleven), we spoke to Jen, his assistant at the office. She was so reassuring and kind. She reassured us that Dr. joe plays it safe with children and almost always gets another opinion. She even called up the pathologist and had the results «rushed» to us that same day. She personally called us back with the good news. So grateful for kindness and understanding. We are very impressed with Dr. Joe and Jen.

I had a good first visit with Dr. Joseph Rheim (Sr.). I was punctual and so was he. I was only in the waiting room a few minutes. This office had been recommended to me by some friends. Dr. Rheim was very personable and friendly, and asked me about my concerns. He froze some pre-​cancerous spots off, gave me some sunscreen samples, talked about follow-​up treatment, and I was out of the office within 20 minutes. I also like the location of the office, close to home and work.
