Buy your flat rice noodles here cheap and fresh! They make the kind of noodle that is used to make Chow Fun. They also make the rice noodle roll with dried shrimp and green onion which was the reason I came here. Check out my photo.
When you go into their warehouse, there are 2 pallets near the entrance. The one closer to the entrance is the day old stuff. Go for the pallet right next to it, that stuff is really fresh. You can feel the package of the noodle and you can tell, the new stuff is softer and feels a lot more fresh.
The rice rolls were good, my only note is that I wish they put more green onion in it for flavor. And I wish they had the ones with BBQ pork.
They don’t speak much English here, but it was not a problem. Just pick up what you want to buy and bring it to the lady sitting at the desk.

They sell packaged fat rice noodles here. I think they’re a day old. Still super fresh, way fresher than anything you buy at normal Asian markets. Big-​ass bag of noodles for $ 1 each. I guess they’re «imperfect» in terms of looks but it looks perfect to me.
