I contracted w/Fullhouse Glass & Window to buy and install 8 windows and 1 sliding patio door. When the windows & patio door were installed(work was subcontracted out by Fullhouse) the job was not done to our expectations. The installers left our house in such a mess(dirty rugs and floor, wrappings/paper/trim pieces everywhere). The workmanship of the installers is questionable. While removing the patio door, they cracked our dry wall. Nail holes on the inside patio door trim they installed were not filled. They did not clean up prior to their leaving. To this day, our patio screen door does not slide properly. Holes in the patio door frame haven’t been plugged. Window and door glass were left filthy with handprints and dust. Our vertical blinds did not open all the way. Now it’s time for Fullhouse to pass the blame onto the installers, installers blame Fullhouse. We ended up paying out of our pocket to have our blinds adjusted to open. Inexperience on the part of Fullhouse’s estimator is who I blame. He should have told us that these windows would not work w/our blinds without some adjustment. Would I use this company again… NO! Would I recommend this company… NO! This was my experience and this is my opinion. Should these issues be resolved to our satisfaction, I will amend this review. I increased the rating from 1star to 2 stars. The patio door was replaced and the holes in the patio door frame have been plugged. Peter has made an effort to make things as right as he could. That still does not resolve the issue w/the blinds and the cracked wall. Not to mention again their sloppiness and poor workmanship.
