Horrible service, I was going to purchase 3 pairs of shoes went up to the register I was going to pay with my debit card and an American express visa gift card the guy that worked there was so rude told me the can’t buy with the visa gift card because people commit fraud I had told him I just used it at ross they had no problem taking it! I wanted tO talk to the manager and he totally blew me off and ignored me! Then he said he was the manager which I know it was not true I’ve been going to this place for years and I know for a fact it’s not him. NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL! Never going again!

went there yesterday and had a Horrible experience buying my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The sales associate looked as if she hated bring there and wasn’t friendly or helpful. She sold us the display without even notifying us. Usually they tell you right?! I’ve ALWAYS been notified. Went back to return them because it obviously more dirty in the light .(It was grey and instead looked brown when compared to the new one.) and it turns out they have no refunds! and to top it off that was the last pair in the size we needed!!! So we were stuck. I’m pissed she should of told us that the last pair was the display and we would’ve checked them out and compared them before the purchase! These were my daughter first pair of hard shoes her dad paid almost 50 bucks for her to have jordans and their dirty and its suede so its not like we can do much about it. I’m NEVER going back.
