This place doesn’t deserve a star! They are the most rudest people ever! They speak their language in front you which is not professional at all. They don’t even say Hi when you walk in, as if they have sticks up their ass! I can’t stand the old hag that sits at the end of the room. Everytime I walk in to pay rent it’s a circus. They suck! One day I’m gonna beat her little ass up!!!

Worst property management company. They are rude and unprofessional. When you call they will not give you their name unless you ask. Hire different company to manage your properties.

VIenna is the worst property manager I have ever had. She hung up on me when I asked her name. How is that professional? I have paid a lot of money to have everything in my rental working, yet they don’t do anything about fixing the problems. I have rented several studios with Diversified and have been satisfied with their level of professionalism, rental rates and rental locations since 2009. I highly recommend Diversified if you’re looking to rent property, an apartment, studio or home.

An unknown car has been parking at our driveway for 3 days so I called Vienna Cheung at Diversified Property Management. When I called Vienna Cheung, the property manager, and said I want to complain about the incident, she said the car is owned by a friend and she will ask the friend to move the car. She said the problem is solved and nothing else she could do with a very bad attitude. She would not listen to my complaint. She said my husband has called and she asked me not to bother her. This is totally rude and unacceptable. She said she will not call to toll the car and she said I don’t own that piece of land. What kind of service is that? I have the right to call management if I see unknown car parked at my apartment. I am concerned about my safety, yet Vienna says she has already solved the problem without listening to my concerns. What I want to complain is that management knows well that no one should park at the parkway, and that one could purchase daily overnight parking permit to park on the street in Arcadia, yet management still lets the ‘friends’ do so. If its ok to park on the driveway, why am I paying the city to get a street permit? Vienna’s attitude as a property manager is totally unacceptable. She is rude and does not listen to her clients. I am not paying over $ 1000 rent for this kind of rude service.
