I have used Apl Glass for several years and recently had a problem with my shower door. I called them and they remember me and my installation, and within minutes I had scheduled an appointment to remedy my shower door problem.
I will continue to use this company for all my window, shower and glass needs.

2 stars because they’re relatively inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Service was short of mediocre. When I called for the estimate for my cracked window, they showed up right away. I paid half for the deposit and when it came to install, they fell short. Scheduled first appt and they no-showed. Had to call their office 2 hours later to inquire. Seems like they had forgotten. Rescheduled for the next day and after waiting 2 hours, I had to call again to inquire. Seemed like they had forgotten again. Seriously!!! Awful service.

My husband and I went in to order shower doors. We were treated so bad. The woman in the showroom has no business in customer service. She is by far the rudest person I have EVER encountered. I can’t believe the treatment that we received. Our questions regarding shower doors seem to bother her. Don’t waste your time going to this place. I’d rather pay abit higher price and be treated kindly.
