Starbucks

Worst place ever you want to get your coffee here. Rude each time I go there. Every time long wait for anything you get. Especially other staff not doing anything. I think they need to get whole new staff.

They are always out of something. Today was strawberries not to long ago was whip cream! Get it together Starbucks!

Worse Starbucks ever! Never coming here again. I asked for a cup of water and they refused to give it to me and said I had to purchase something. Every other Starbucks I go to gives complimentary water and this is the only one who didn’t. I am very disappointed and will never come here again. The employee who I asked was also very rude when I asked her. This Starbucks needs to improve its customer service and get it together.

Poor customer service. Supervisor Jaime refused to remake my drink that was 75% full and ice cold despite their policy because it had been 40 minutes since my drink was made. The service I received is a testament to supporting local establishments who value customers. Take your money to a small business instead.

Major credit to the workers, considering this Starbucks was given the curse of a cramped space in a rather often-​busy mall. Whenever I stop by, the baristas are always doing their best and working their hardest for the superfluous amount customers of Starbucks.
I raise my upside-​down extra caramel macchiato you.

Extremely slow. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my drink which was simple ice coffee and a pastry when there were only two customers ahead of me. Not the first time it happens either Not happy I try to avoid this place.

The cashier aurora was in a hurry to take the order was not listening and got the order wrong she needs to have patience n have active listening never coming here again tells me to have to wait in line due to she did not charge me for something I ordered n I refused to wait for her mistake when I’m about to get my drink she decides now she wants to take my order she’s crazy!!!

Don’t think I can have an iced caramel macchiato because of this place. Service was quick but they messed up 3 peoples orders in the 5 minutes I was there. I never write reviews but this place defiantly needs a sit down on their service.

Reason for a five star only cuz she fix my drink and made it taste better than the first try!!! Otherwise I would of ask for my money back!
I been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and trust me I could taste the different in my PteaL! But I appreciate that she made it better with no attitude involved! We will be back soon

Sooooo update!!! The manager spoke to me and apologized to me and was very sweet and understanding! The girl
I mentioned is a lot more friendlier now and has even gone out of her way to memorize my favorite drinks for me and has given free little simpler drinks when i purchase my normal order! Really happy that the staffed turned around! Super happy! They did an amazing turn around.

This Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever been to. Not friendly at all with the exception of 2 baristas. They hassle you for refills on coffee and tea even if you have a gold card saying they are not allowed to give refills & they work extremely slow! Thankfully Starbucks has an order app now because I would spend 15 minutes at a time just waiting to get a green tea lemonade! The only reason why i visit is because it’s convenient for a mall worker like myself.

Before I started working in the town center I wouldn’t really come here unless my boyfriend, who happens to love coffee from anywhere pretty much, would come here for a venti iced americano. Ever since I started working here it’s a daily thing for me to go to either cinnabons or starbucks for a caffeine boost. The other day I came to get my venti hot peach tea and as I was opening the lid I burned my hand and also part of my legs. Yeah it hurt badly at the moment but what really impressed me was the way the manager handled it, she was so worried and did everything under her hands to help me. She gave me her business card in case there was something wrong but luckily my hand was normal by the next day and well my legs it went away almost right away after a few hours. Good job on the customer service!!!

Never had a problem with them, cool people too.
I come here once or twice a week for their iced coffee mostly, go for the mocha!

It is hit or miss having a decent experience at this Starbucks.
There are few cashiers I enjoy that work during the day. They are friendly, knowledgable, and accept my offer codes.
At night my experience today was so-​so. The cashier tonight did not seem to be very knowledgable; I bought a venti tea and asked to buy a few extra tea bags. He then told me that they do not sell the tea bags separately and asked the other work who confirmed for him. I have bought extra tea bags for $ 0.25 at other locations with no problem, so I do not see why he could not do the same.

…and here we are again 2 years later.
What I ordered — Venti Chestnut Praline Frap made with soy and whipped cream.
What I received — Venti Coffee Latte with whole milk and vanilla syrup and no whipped cream.
When I brought it to their attention, the barista said, «Oops!» No apologies. They dumped the (wrong) order into the blender and gave it back to me with whipped cream in the same cup with its contents leaking everywhere. Suffice to say, it wasn’t even remotely close to what a chestnut praline frap normally tastes like.
Sorry, Montebello Mall Starbucks. No more chances.

Located inside the mall next to Forever 21.
Lines are long all day but it usually moves pretty quick.
Space is super tight inside.
The seating limited and is always taken.

Like any other Starbucks this is no different. But I have to say the parking is extremely limited and almost always full. You will probably have to park slightly further away in the adjacent plaza.

Really fast service! The baristas were really nice and friendly. There was quite a long line, but they moved quickly! I really liked that. Whenever that happens, I worry that my drink won’t come out the way I want it, but it came out great.

Friendly employees and my order is always made the way it’s suppose to be made unlike other Starbucks where my java chip doesn’t have enough chocolate sauce or when I order a caramel Frappuccino and there’s no caramel syrup on the cup. The manager at this location has their employees on point and I love it.
Indoor seating isn’t the best because this Starbucks is inside a mall so there are only three small tables and one large table for handicap customers. Either way I continue to go because the customers I see on the tables are drinking their coffee and having a genuine conversation with their party. I don’t see that much in the Starbucks stores around my area. I always see college students park their butts for hours doing homework on those tables… I’ve felt like some Starbucks stores have become like some sort of library. You college people might hate me for what I’m saying but it’s the truth! You buy a tall drink and sit in a table doing homework for four hours! Wth?!

This Starbucks has been here for a long time now. They have a friendly staff and efficient baristas.
We normally come by during lunch to grab a quick pick-​me-​up. The service is pretty spot on, no complaints here.
Our only compliant is the location, it’s smack in the middle of the mall, not close enough to the food court, or the restaurants near Macy’s.
Iced Soy Chai, Peppermint White Mocha & Strawberries n cream are my faves!
