Absolutely, hands down, the BEST endodontist! Root canals aren’t pleasant but if you have to have one, go to Dr. Ohara. A bit of a drive, but he was highly recommended by a dentist friend and I am so glad I went to him. I’ve had a couple of other root canals done by other endodontists and turned out that they may not have cleaned out the root properly. Luckily, Dr. Ohara explained the issues in his warm, calm demeanor and detailed the fees involved. I started to watch the beginning of the procedure on the large monitor but with the headphones playing relaxing music and his comfy Tempurpedic chair, I fell asleep and woke up after it was all over. He so gentle, a true a perfectionist and so meticulous! If everyone was this great at their job, wouldn’t this be a perfect world?

He is awesome, so awesome I fell asleep during my root canal. professional, perfectionist, manages your pain extent well. I reappear I fell asleep during my root canal !

I pity anyone who has a root canal and has a bad experience. I admit I was very nervous by what friends and co-​workers had said. Obviously they did not go to Dr. Ohara. Literally Painless! The level of professionalism and state of the art equipment are commendable. And… Dr Ohara, himself, called me at home later that day to follow up. Amazing. Thank you Dr Ohara and staff.

Although a trip to a dentist or an endodontist can’t be fun, I would give him high marks. He makes you feel comfortable. The staff there is also very helpful. I don’t want to go back… but if I have to have another procedure I would definitely pick him.
