I would say I’m a fair person when it comes to judging this and I just had to write a review about my experience here. I was visiting and had to find a cheap hotel asap so I googled this place because it was closest. The lady at the front desk seemed like she didn’t trust any of her guests, she made me give her a $ 5 deposit for the key to the room and when I asked for 2 extra blankets she made me put down a $ 40 deposit. I’ve never been to a hotel who made me do that .(just saying) The whole night we were disturbed by noises from the top floor, noises from the bathroom, the ac would make noises making us feel like it was going to break down any minute. There was no shampoo and when we asked for some from the front desk we were questioned whether we were a gust at the hotel… like really is this how you treat customers who stay here… anyways we barely had enough towels but I wasn’t going to ask for any because I wasn’t going to make a deposit for that too. In the morning we go to return blankets to collect our deposit, she didn’t give us a hard time about it but she was expecting us to check out 9:00am and we had until 11:00am. So I got mad and said no I paid to stay so I will be back later with the key. Honestly I’m used to getting better service for the same price at any other hotel, i don’t believe you should be treated less because your paying less. its never been the case for me at least. I find reasonable price hotels and get good/decent customer service and I know better next time to check reviews and not be so spontaneous with choosing just any random hotel next time. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel just because the people there don’t seem to care.
