Starbucks

Good temperature inside, well run store. Had my hot tea while doing work online. Music outside a little on the loud side but moved inside where it was perfect. Friendly staff.

I can admit that I was never was a Starbucks fan until I met my wife & after going to several locations none of them can compare to this Starbucks or even close to the performance level that these people do on a daily basis. They not only know me & my wife by name as well as our drinks but as soon as we walk into the store they make us feel welcomed & not just another customer.

Always loved this Starbucks. Kelly and Deena are a great team and I love coming in when they are working. My drink is always great and if I’m trying something new they are always willing to work with me. On any other day, the staff is great as well and the service is fast!

Great store, staff is very friendly and the manager even walks around the countertop to give you the warm stuff and greets everyone. I pass at least 8 Starbucks just to one here. No drive thru but worth getting out of your car.

This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. I shall remember not to come to this location any more. Yikes!!!

Went to get my usual Mocha frapp and breakfast sandwich at this location and these broads clearly didn’t know how to handle rush hour. It was only 9:30 and they were out of every breakfast sandwich and practically everything else but not the least bit apologetic. Just annoyed that I asked for something they didn’t have. When I took a sip of my drink I almost puked because it literally tasted like frozen shit, no flavor to it at all but it was too late to go back and wait another 20 minutes for them to fuck up my order again. I only went to this location because it’s closer to my apartment, but I’ll never go back.

Seriously the nicest baristas I’ve encountered! I usually go to drive thurs, but I would get out of my car just to go see the nicest people greeting you with kindness! Oh and did I mention. The coffee is just PERFECT

Great staff! They’re all nice and greet you with a smile. Richard is always kind and helpful. Best starbucks I’ve been to. That says something because it’s hard to find a starbucks where ALL the employees are nice and not grumpy!

Amazing people and awesome service! I just so happened to stop by here because I was in the area and not from around here but walked in and immediately everyone said hello and was super kind! Richard was the sweetest and even Kelly was kind and fast. The place is beyond clean and again everyone is super friendly! Might have to come back here again just because! ;-)

I usually stop by Saturday mornings to get my usual 2 reduced fat turkey bacon and egg white sandwiches with Venti green tea lemonade unsweetened. The morning crew that day are very professional and friendly. Jermaine is very respectful as well as the others always greeting me as I walk in or leave. There was a mistake made on my order maybe once out of the millions of times I have been there and when they realized they made a mistake, it was quickly taken care of. Kelly who I recently met there was willing to go out of her way to make sure my order was fixed and taken care of in a professional manner. I appreciate them going out of their way to make sure I left satisfied. I will continue to come here and would recommend them to anyone. Great job morning crew.

Super nice staff! All whole morning crew is awesome. Ghermayne always stands out. Very polite and courteous, all ways up beat and makes sure his customers are happy with their order.

I have been coming to this location since November of 2014 and I can honestly say they have THE BEST service here! These guys are always making me feel welcomed and like I am at home. As soon as I walk through those doors they already know what I want! You guys are truly the best workers at your company!! even though I’m leaving the city for work I will still make that extra drive just to get my coffee from them! THANK YOU!!!

Pleasant experiences every time I have visited this Starbucks. The workers seem to get along well and their positive vibes rub off. Its always nice seeing coworkers get along so well with one another. Drinks come out quick and are usually spot on. They have made my drinks wrong a couple of times but had to problem making me a new one. Place is a little smaller than other Starbucks, so can get pretty crowded quick, but they work fast to get you in and out. Other than the size of the place, this place is awesome!

This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever walked into where I wasn’t greeted (not that I’d typically care, but it did give me an indication of how the service was going to be).
I ordered my drinks along with two bags of coffee. The employee at the register couldn’t have seen more disinterested. She took my order and didn’t even ask my name (again, not that I care, but I guess I’m just used to the service/​experience at other Starbucks).
After I made my purchase I asked if I could get my bags of coffee in a bag to transport them to which the employee at the registered replied that they were «all out».
The guy making the drinks shouted out one of the drinks I ordered and I made my way over to the counter only to see another customer grab the drink. The other customer said «I ordered my drink with no ice» to which I replied «that’s probably mine then». Hmmmmmm, maybe THAT’S why Starbucks usually takes down names???
Anyway, I was totally unimpressed by the customer service at this Starbucks… hopefully, I’ll never have to visit this one to get my fix again.

Where do I even begin?
* They’re always understaffed (as in 1 person on the floor, twice this week)
* They don’t listen to you when you place your order
* They repeatedly get your order wrong
* They give you attitude
* The manager (Richard) acts as if he doesn’t even care when you complain

Time –Friday at 9:00 pm
After an evening out on the town my wife and I decided to stop and get something from Starbucks and also get a Los Angeles «You Are Here series» mug for our collection, but we’re disappointed when we got there at 9:00pm only to find the store was already closed and its Friday.
As we were walking away there was another couple that went to the door only to find it locked
Starbucks you just lost some business and might want to reconsider staying open later

Starbucks is kind of sucking today – the one inside Vons in Claremont was not taking orders because their cash register/​terminal was down. Come over here and ask for nonfat milk in latte and they say they are all out. WTH?! How does a corp chain run out of an essential supply like non-​fat milk? There’s a Target across the street that sells nonfat, is it that difficult to go buy some?

Convenient off the 10, but alas no drive-​thru (boo) Also very tiny inside. But 4 points because:
… there was no line and the iced black tea lemonade was on point. (Yes, that is how I benchmark all my SB’s)
The parking lot is a bit crazy, though, be careful. I almost got hit by some lunatic driving like a maniac through the lot.

The location is good and the parking lot is great, but the tables are tiny for studying. The have two chairs per every small round table, but if you are using a laptop or book, you definitely have to sit by yourself.
The quality of drinks the workers make are also better than other places I’ve been to, but I notice they treat different guests differently. Having sat down and witness a lot of people order, they are friendlier to others and tell them about specials and such.
Overall, a good place to go and study. They have a decent sized outdoor seating area as well.

This place would have received four stars if the service was better, but the people didn’t greet me like most Starbucks that I have been too. Maybe I went on a bad day?
Because January is my birthday month, I love the fact that when you sign up for Starbucks, you get a free drink or any food. So I decided to stick with the free drink. I ordered the caramel frapp with soy and extra caramel and no whip. I am glad that this Starbucks didn’t have chunky ice and it was blended just right. I am also glad that these associates know how to spell my name, so of course that was a big plus.
I would recommend coming here, but I hope they hire more happier associates. =]
*Limited seating inside Starbucks, but lots of seating in the mall that is in the middle, which is still Starbucks! A big plus!
