Not a fan. Had one of their 24′ round above ground pool liner fail within the warranty period. I went to the Montclair location with the original purchase invoice and told them that the seam above the waterline had failed and would need to have some help but did not want to take the pool down until the end of the season. The staff said ok no problem to bring the liner in at the end of the season and they would take care of it. We brought the liner in at the end of the season and were told that they would attempt a repair on the seam. After a few weeks, we had to call them and were told that they could not repair the seam due to a prior attempt being made to repair the seam. We stated that we had attempted the repair to stop the water leak because the seam failure had run below the waterline during use towards the end of the season. Their warranty does not state if I attempt a repair then the warranty is voided. Well back and forth for months to try to get them to honor their warranty. They did not honor the warranty for the split seam in the liner. Now I am looking at all the reviews and realize this is the way they operate their business. They must have a great marketing and sales operation to attract new customers being that they have been in business for a while. But based on the reviews, feedback, and my personal experience most of the first time buyers will not return for a second experience. Oh, on second thought, they will be retuning for a second experience… a warranty experience.

We recently bought an above ground pool from the Montclaire location. So far we have not had any problems with the pool. The set up was a little hard since we decided to do it ourselves but that saved us the $ 300+ set up fee. The customer service was very good, although there was a little back and forth between the locations regarding whether they had the pool we wanted in stock or not. That was a bit frustrating but overall they did a good job.

Well I hate to have to eat my words but I guess the people at Secard do their best and promise gift cards to get good reviews. After I posted my earlier review we stopped getting calls regarding our problem with the light in our pool. Bryan NEVER once returned our calls and Laura di not follow up either. So I guess I must re rate the Secard pool office personal and give them a lower score, they earned it.

Bought a vinyl in ground liner for a «buddy price» liner leaked right off the get go, they wouldn’t even come look at it, kept saying their leak detector was broken, worthless people here and all secards.

Lisa is a wonderful person and very personable, that’s called good salesmanship! The problem we have is, we were told we could just use our outlet on the patio for a 110 spa. NOT! Even the repairman that came out the second time stated we should have a separate line, UGH! It kept blowing our breaker, okay, fine, we get a larger breaker installed and remove other things using that line. The repairman actually got a little mad at me because I called him out again, mmmmmm thanks. Right??? So guess what, again my spa is sitting not working, can I afford to empty it and refill it, no! I bought the spa for health reasons and have had nothing but stress since, how unhealthy is that! I just want them to take their spa back and give me my cash back!!! Do you think that will happen, of course not. So the repairman will be here tomorrow, we shall see. I will update after, so very, very, disappointed in this company!

After ordering our pool in April, ground was not broken until 4 weeks later. We had an empty hole in our backyard for several more weeks. We were not given any information as to the timeline of the construction of our pool, which lead to a very frustrating experience. Here we are 4 months later, and we still have not had final inspection, and we have a pool light that is non-functional. We were also sold an umbrella holder in the shallow end of the pool, which seemed like a good idea since we have small grandchildren. The company does not sell umbrellas to fit it, nor can they direct us to anyone that does sell them. They also do not provide a cap for the umbrella holder opening. This has been a very negative transaction. We would never recommend this pool company to our worst enemies.

feel that I need to take the time to thank Lisa in the Montclair store for her excellent customer service. From the moment we walked into the store, Lisa was friendly, honest, courteous, and happy. Its so refreshing to feel so welcome in a store. After answering all our questions about the different types of spas, we made our decision and Lisa walked us through the entire process as if we were one of her friends. Lisa called us to check in to see if our spa was delivered, and even give us her cell phone if we had any questions. As it happened, we did encounter a problem with the new spa, and when we called Lisa– she quickly addressed the issue and solved our issue. For some reason, the spa was not heating and we could not figure it out. Lisa talked to her spa technician and called us back with a quick solution. Her customer service is flawless. I look forward to returning to the store and seeing her again. Thanks, Lisa!

we feel very taken with the lousy build quality of our pool the liner failed within warrant period from sunrot but they are weaseling out of honoring warranty saying that it was our fault because oils from our skin caused failure even though the rot was above water line what b.s. also the bottom of our pool got lumpy and you could feel rocks and roots underfoot the spa is nice cause someone else built it dont trust em we found other contractors who install vinyl pools and have visited sites in preparation of the expense to fix are pool correctly and the vinyl pools that we saw are far superior to secards for same ballpark prices
