Prinkipia

Prinkipia is more then acceptable place to obtain your Frozen Treats. Just its like any other place is pretty pricey, so they throw a lot of free samples to catch in customers. They have many kinds of different flavors and I personally love the cookies and cream. The free samples are awesome for a pick me up. Hey they caught me with their free samples. Its so so place, but nothing to really brag about in this world, or this mall in matter of fact.

This is my first time trying this place since I just left the brow threading place and happen to be thirsty. I saw this next door so decided to try it. I didn’t want anything sweet and with ice so I ordered a match milk tea with no sugar and ice. Turns out they are sooooooo green they didn’t invest in a shaker!!! It looks like to me they half fasted my drink and didn’t make it right. I was shorted on ¼th of the drink! See the picture! What the heck! I didn’t even drink it yet and just took a picture of how it was handed to me. Way to try to earn new business! It’s pretty ridiculous if you can’t afford to fill it up then let me know I would have just went to Starbucks for their matcha green tea frapp! I’m very disappointed!

I’m only giving it a 4 star because my favorite flavor (cookies n cream) is out of order. But I tried vanilla and chocolate and they were delicious as well. Their toppings are great, I love the cheesecake chunks!

While my mother and I were walking through the mall, I spotted this adorable frozen yogurt franchise. I normally wouldn’t actually go in but i’m pregnant and pretty much want to devour everything. As we continued to walk inside, I liked how clean it looked. One of the employees asked if we would like to try any flavors which we did. Every flavor was really good and the texture wasn’t too soft and runny. The watermelon flavor really stood out for us. Ever since the first day we visited Prinkipia, we have gone back almost everyday. It’s refreshing, never too busy, the fruits are always fresh (not sour or old), and very affordable. I also haven’t gained any weight during these last few weeks of my pregnancy so I know it cant be too bad. Now the only reason I am giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I am HUGE on customer service. All of the employees seem young (probably high school students). For the most part, they are friendly and are able to communicate well and converse back and forth, however, there are a couple of them that seem like they hate working there which really shows and isn’t by any means, inviting. I feel it is always necessary to to be polite and pleasant when communicating with customers.

I have to say… I was reluctant at first but really enjoyed this drink. The boba gets a real snotty feel to it in the beginning but you aquire a taste for it quickly. Not really the taste but the texture.
I got the strawberry. Although it seemed to lack that heavy strawberry flavor… it wasn’t bad.
The mango was far more flavorful.

I really like this place. Their yogurt doesn’t have that really sharp yogurt tang that I find odd in a frozen desert, but it doesn’t really taste like ice cream either. That makes it kind of unique. Oh, and it isn’t grainy or like iced milk. I hate it when I get soft serve or frozen yogurt and it is grainy or watery. This is nice and smooth and creamy.
I try to go as often as I can. So far my favorites are the pistachio, and the cappuccino, but I’m looking forward to trying almond if they get it (its on the companies new flavors list).
If you like frozen yogurt that doesn’t taste like someone took a yogurt cup and stuck it in the freezer, you will probably like this. A+++++ ^.^
