The Principal at Oaks Middle School hasn’t even been able to get a hold on the traffic at the start of school, nor at the end of the day, so how can he handle the problems that arise in the day to day workings of the school.
Even when one calls there for any sort of problem, the people in the office seem inept in dealing with any situation beyond excusing my child from an absence.
I live down the street from the school, and would die before any type of emergency vehicle could get down my street during when class begins or ends. We have all reported our concerns to the school, only to have it go on deaf ears.

I don’t understand why all the women working for this district are so bitter and callus. If by phone or in person, they all have the same attitude. As though «we should know» and we are wasting their time. They’re insensitive and aggressive. Totally lack in skills for working with the public. These middle aged aggressive women need to go. Happy, helpful and attentive people are needed.
