Why are all Lids so cramped? This location is a tad less cramped than the Ontario Mills one so that’s nice, but despite having visited the store on multiple occasions, I can recall actually buying something only once. Now the cashier was nice and I signed up for the Lids membership card(which didn’t really come in handy for me, as I had hoped), but you get a 20% off. Anyways, nothing particularly interesting to me at this store… They didn’t have many caps with the regular bill for my teams. I could only find the snapbacks and fitted flat bill caps, which I understand is pretty much the point of the store. Overall… Meh.

I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve always been given good customer service regardless if I purchased a hat or not. Recently I stopped in looking for any older angels hats with side patches from years past and the cashier behind the counter was very helpful and went out of her way to help me out to see if any where located in the shop. She didn’t have to do that but she did and I thought she showed great customer service. I really do wish I could remember her name but I do think her name started with an H

TERRIBLE customer service was given on Friday 12÷31÷14. My daughters received 2 hats in the wrong sizes so we went WITH our receipt to exchange for correct sizes. The employee advises that they didn’t have their sizes however she couldn’t tell us when they would have them nor could she tell us if other stores had them. it seemed as though I was annoying her by asking to check with other stores. Now I am stuck with 2 hats that my daughters cant use. She did not go out of her way to help me at all. she made me feel like I was wasting her time & the store was not even busy. Very disappointed. If I had the choice. I will NOT go back unless they get the sizes we need lol

The have a large selection, and COSTLY$$$ …this is my problem with the store… washed my brothers hat @ all the die came out… it was the first wash, only had it 6 monthes… even His cheaper one he hasn’t had this problem. THROUGHMANYWASHES… The store wouldn’t give Him credit, He didn’t have the reciept, but they said it would’nt make a difference… the STORE” DOESN“T STANDBEHINDTHEREMERCHANDISE! Beware!

The African American chick is always laidback and helpful. I placed an order online for in-store pickup. It arrived to this location in a little over a week. Unfortunately the size was too big but the lady handled my return without issues. Smooth experience! Also, hats are freely available for any to test fit. If the hats were ever tied down this is no longer the case.

Walked in and was greeted with a friendly hello. The salesman, Eric, didn’t have the size hat in the style I looked at, but suggested a different hat which was an option I had not seen. He knew his merchandise! great shopping experience.

They have alot but just like the review before he has it right. The workers ther don’t even notice you walking in Plus if you want to seeif it fits you have to aks the employee to cut it down for you It makes me feel bad cause if I don’t like it they have to put it back up with another tie

Good selection of hats, from major brand names too. The workers couldn’t care less about being there though, but at least they did their jobs. There must be an issue with the clientele too, as most of the hats are tied down, and to try one on, you’ll have to get someone to cut the ties. I’m used to just grabbing a hat to try on.
