I had a great selling and buying experience with Ruccsana (sp?) and Mark.
My boyfriend and I brought in a total of 6 laptops and 2 desktop computers. Some of the machines were too old to resale, and they offered to responsibly recycle for us, which was great because we had no idea where to bring them! We got store credit for several laptops and computer parts at a price much higher than if we expected.
My boyfriend used the store credit towards a laptop; the resulting price was a little under 50% off original price of refurbished. Great deal! Mark also took time out of his day to give us a little educational demo of SSD vs HD.
I would definitely bring unused laptops to this location, and also will bring my computer-​related problems here in the future. Thanks Ruccsana and Mark!

I’ve gotten two laptops fixed here before plus one refurbished laptop that I bought, and every service Ive had has been very satisfactory. I always feel confident that they can and will get the job done and offer me a fair price. Most recently I bought that refurbished laptop, and when the laptop started acting up, they wasted no time fixing the problem. They made sure to not take any shortcuts making me a very happy customer. The owner and employees have been wonderful, and I definitely recommend this establishment.

I was dreading having to take my laptop in to get fixed because best buy had already told me extreme prices. I finally went in and they were very friendly. I left my laptop and they called me almost immediately to let me know the problem. I was surprised by the price (in a good way). And they fixed my laptop same day. Very fast and nice people. I had my laptop fixed here. It was having issues with the screen after my wonderful nieces and nephews broke it. I was told by bestbuy that it would be best to purchase a new laptop. However, when I took it to Laptop Exchange they fix the screen issue for $ 150, and then later it was found that I was having issues with the motherboard due to the screen issue. They fixed that issue under the same warranty. The staff is very nice and honest. I will definitely recommend their services and of course use their services. 5 stars.

Great business! Got my wife a used laptop from Laptop Xchange. I wanted to spend less than $ 300, and they have many to choose from. It was too big for her, so we exchanged for a smaller one, no problems. If your looking for a used laptop, this is the place to go!

Great service, fast and well priced. Super friendly too! I bought in my laptop that my son had wracked with viruses. I was seeing the blue screen of death, and had taken it to a couple of other places that wanted way too much to fix it. My friend recommended this place so I checked it out. Even though I live in Riverside it was worth the drive. They saved me at least $ 200, and the computer came back looking great!

Very helpful and great pricing. Staff talks to you like you are human so you don’t feel dumb not knowing everything there is to know about computers.
I had a fairly new rebuild on a computer and bought some new RAM sticks for it. I ordered the wrong type on accident they took it back and swapped it out for the right one no questions asked. Didn’t charge a restocking fee for my mistake. Very nice of them to do that.
They also troubleshooter my hard drive and quickly fixed the problem getting me back up and running.

My home button went out on my iPad2. Took it to Laptop Xchange, they diagnosed the problem right away. For less than $ 100 they replaced the entire screen. Since I keep score with my iPad for my twins Fastpitch travel ball team every weekend, they had their tech work on it as a priority. They are wonderful! Will return with my business to them every time!

Had a very basic laptop so i decided to take it in for a trade. I walked out with a great deal on a SONY VAIO; which should cost $ 800– $ 1,000 at Best Buy. I’m very happy with my new laptop! Thank you Laptop Xchange!
