Worst lane Bryant !!! They do not like to take valid coupons. I had 4/$ 10 off coupons that expired 12/31/2015 and I was there on 12/30/2015. There new registers are not excepting coupons the manager claims. The manager with a annoying squeaky voice(would use name but they don’t wear name tags) would rather have a $ 400 purchase walk out the door then use a $ 40 coupon that’s valid. I don’t get why does the company hands out coupons if they are not going to let you use.

After leaving Victoria Gardens location from the worst experience to come here what a difference!!! This location was very helpful and very friendly!!! Maria was extremely helpful! I wish I didn’t live so far away I would return. Definitely great customer service!

Beware of this store the women who work here like to walk in on you when you are in the changing room. The lady knocked and immediately opened the door. She had just put me in the room she should have remembered that I was in there. I answered and she still opened the door. Even when she saw me she was staring at me and refused to close the door. I had to grab the handle to close it myself. I was so upset. Watch out ladies if you go in the changing rooms.

I have been a regular customer of this location for quite sometime. I walked in today with an exchange but had forgotten the receipt. At first I was told no returns but that they could use my debit card to possibly look up the transaction. I told the woman helping me the exact day I was there. She came back saying that she could not find the transaction. I showed her my bank statement with the date and amount from my phone and that the items had not been used and still had tags. I really just needed to exchange the items. I was then told that the only thing she could do was exchange for the lowest sale value of the items and it had to be the exact item. So my hundred dollar purchase would be valued at less than 50 $. So if I were to do an exchange and take the item in another size and if there was anything wrong with that item once I got home it would not be valued at what I originally paid. I would understand if I walked in with no proof of purchase at all but felt that I did prove that I purchased those items from that location on the day I said I did. So I left with the items that are too big. I found my receipt and will be going back to return my entire purchase and go else where.

Today began their buy one take one promotion and I have to say I have been a regular to lane bryant for at least 8 years! Their clothes are way to expensive without their promotions so I only shop if I have a coupon or if they have a good promo going on! Also their clothes are drawn to a middle age woman crowd however their models are probably late 20’s! Once in awhile they have some cute tops that are age appropriate for me and with a promo it’s a great catch! I more so come in for their bras(I am on the bigger cup size)! They are expensive but they hold up, both my boobs and overall lasting! Today the lady did walk in on me in my changing room(thank god I had my clothes on)! Their customer service today was okay but overall lane bryant has hit or miss, they are either great or barely there!

I was at this location today and received poor customer service. Store was practically empty. It’s not the first time I was here and not acknowledge or helped. When a customer comes into your store you acknowledge and let them know you will be right with them if need help when done with current customers. My first job was retail so I know I was poorly treated .If this was not a re occurring incident I wouldn’t have left this poor rated review. Bad attitudes and poor service. Maybe it was just the evening shift, cause I never received poor customer service in the morning. Montclair up your customer service or you will be loosing more customers. I rather drive out of my way or go to another retail store for attentive and friendly service. Today you lost a sale to Torrid where I never receive nothing but great customer service.

Lane Bryant is the ONLY place I buy bras and this store in particular is AWESOME! The store manager Vanessa is super sweet and always helpful! Great deals can be had with their sales and specials and the clothes just have an awesome fit for a curvy woman. Love this store!!!
