Food was great, however to older Asian women treats her cooks terrible and has not respect for them in front of customers. She’s really need to learn how to treat people even if they’re employees. She needs to remember no cooks means no money or business for her. As for the cooks, outstanding and super friendly, they’re just trying to make a living as we all are.

The food is delicious and the cooks are always super friendly! The person at the register is not so friendly that and she’s always on her headphones talking go someone… The four stars only because the person at the register could stand to take a few courses in customer service and plain ol common courtesy

I ate here yesterday and the food was surprisingly decent. I mean compared to everything else in the food court, this place was golden. I’m no stranger to Mongolian BBQ so I piled high the meats. It was piled up to make sure I got my moneys worth and I’d be lying if I didn’t. The choices in what goes into the bowl was pretty small though. I’m not the kind of person who crams in sissy vegetables, but the lack of them was pretty noticeable. Anyways, my food was alright. I’m not going to act like mall food is fine dining, but you get what you pay for. I guess if you’re at the mall and want something filling for a decent price, go here, but if you don’t have to, then don’t.

I loved it! My aunt and I love Mongolian BBQ and we’ve been searching for a place nearby for a while. When I found out the Montclair mall had one, we rushed to try it out and we weren’t disappointed. It’s a little pricey, about 11 for person for a bowl and drink, but it’s worth it. You get a ton of food, and it lasted me for two meals. It’s great being able to choose what you want in your bowl. I recommend

After not eating Mongolian food for many years I have to say the food was pretty good, the cooks that prepare the food for you were very friendly however when I got up to ask the register lady for napkins she only have me one like I don’t know about you but I need more than one napkin after eating noodles so my friend went up and asked for more and he came back with 2 ok enough said. For a Mongolian grill in a food court, it was pretty good. Several meat choices. The veggies looked fresh. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The noodles weren’t what if like at any other Mongolian grill but for what I expected, they met my standards. Plus, you can fill your bowl with meat and veggies and the noodles are separate so it is a large portion. Plus you can mix meats meaning sharing of each and recommended base on portion size.

DONOTEATATTHISPLACE! My husband and I ate here and he ended up getting the worse food poisoning! It must of been either the meat or the soup because I had a different meat than he did and I didn’t have the soup they serve with the meal. I contacted the health department about the situation and they sent someone out.

This place has a B rating from the San Bernardino County Health Dept for Major and Minor health violations. I asked the cashier for a copy of the inspection report and she refused. The B rating posting states the establishment is required to show you a copy of the health report– what are they trying to hide from the public???

If you want to go to the food court, park across the street from Wells Fargo on Moreno St. If you want good food at the food court, don’t come here. The price is good for the quantity of food, but for the quality I can’t eat here. I feel like I’m chewing rubbery meat, they use too much flavoring where everything has no real flavor, and don’t even get me started on the grease. Definitely not coming back here for more rubbery meat and greasy noodles.

This ratty ass place is disgusting. Found a long black hair in my food, probably the Asian cashier. Beef was all junk cuts. Felt and tasted like chewing leather. Food wasn’t even fully cooked at the end. Health inspector, please help.

During a quick stop at the Montclair mall, we needed a bite to eat. We tried the Great Khans Mongolian Festival for the first time. For Mongolian stir fry in the mall, we were very impressed. The beef, vegetables, and noodles were hot, tasty, and fresh. The price was very reasonable too!
