This DD is sort of small but it gets the job done on food. My friend went to get us a seat. At a table for four, was one female worker eating. My friend said that she was taking up all of the table space before I came. When a two seater opened up, we switched over. When we left the same worker was sweeping and blocking the passage to the front. She refused to let us past. We took the side door out.

I am a regular DD customer at several locations. Sadly this Dunkin just doesn’t get it. They staff is poorly trained, no smiles, they are not listening to the order or just can’t understand English well enough yet. My order is wrong every time, even after several repeats. They seemed disinterested or frightened providing normal customer service. Today the cook was alone trying to work register and struggling. Finally after ten minutes two women came out of the back. The man in front of me wanted one cup of coffee and he was so frustrated he almost walked out. I asked for Splenda and when I tasted the coffee, it had none, so I went back and asked again. They said they were out of Splenda. This staff working today has been there at least six months, so they should be well-trained. This spot could be a gold mine with a good manager. I wonder why the owner would accept less than standard Dunkin Donuts quality service.

What is there really to say? Staff was very friendly, and even happily gave us an extra cup when we asked for it to share our order. It was kind of unexpected for them to be so cordial, sometimes the folks working at DD’s can be rude(sorry to generalize). Coffee was satisfactory and off we went.

They’re pretty dependable during the day. Though they’ve closed early & completely ignore me when I knocked on the door because they weren’t supposed to be closed. They definitely saw me too and chose to ignore me. Also, the phone number listed on this page isn’t their number. That said, they’re solid enough.

They never disappoint me :-) it’s the exact opposite. Once again they make my day and it is a pleasure to know that they are close by and are doing a great job. Thank You to all the servers.

Ive been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for years. Its a great place to stop in the morning, when you can park for a few minutes ion Bloomfield. Otherwise they have a small parking lot on the side. What I like here is that they serve coffee in the am. The people who come in at 6 for 3 ice latte triple whipped etc., are pointed elsewhere, they serve hot coffee when they open, which is, after all, their main offering. I LOVE that you can pop in and get a coffee quickly, without getting caught behind a complicated order that takes 5 min to make. There are a few tables here, but its a smaller location. They do sell newspapers as well, a nice touch.

I was very surprised that they did not mess up my order this time! :) I ordered a frappucino and it was oversweet, bitter, caramelly and delicious. I usually come here at about 6AM before work to get some coffee to wake me up. The environment is good, nice, quiet, and right next to Gelotti’s — a local ice cream shop where you can order many things. I like it here, and will check in a lot. Will be back soon!

I utterly dislike the fact that this place is on Bloomfield Ave. It’s a disgrace. Its places like this that make me upset that they are still in business in Montclair and yet independent restaurants/establishments never last. It’s Dunkin Donuts. The reputation behind the name is why people come here. But to be honest, it’s probably the worst DD around. The coffee is never good, it tastes burnt, and the people behind the counter are just suspect. Nobody ever smiles. I only know that this place stays afloat because it’s on Bloomfield Ave and it’s an ‘on the way to work’ route. If you’re reading this, get your coffee fix somewhere else.

I wince every time I walk into this DnD, because I know that will be my facial expression upon ordering and then re-ordering. No one can get an order right in this place. I give them a NUMBER and they still mess up the order. Wince.

Your typical dunkin donuts. People seem friendly and got my order correct. Didn’t get any food, so cant vouch for any of those items.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. No better or worse than any other Dunkin on the planet. Staff are friendly. Sure, they get your coffee wrong sometimes, but every other DD I’ve been to with any sort of frequency is guilty of the same thing.

I have been to many Dunkin Donuts in my lifetime, and you start to expect a certain standard of service when going to one. However, this DnD location completely fails at that. It took 10 minutes to get my order of 4 drinks when there was no one in line in front of me. Also, my friend requested a Chocolate Chip Muffin and somehow they thought she said Corn Muffin? I highly recommend you find another DnD in the area instead of going to this one!

I recently moved into the immediate area around this DnD, and I was impressed when they actually let me park my U-Haul in one of their reserved spots while I unpacked it. I appreciate it when a franchise is willing to extend unnecessary courtesy. I’ve been here a few times, and I can’t distinguish any differences between the coffee/food here and at any other DnD. That’s probably the highest compliment one can give to a franchise of a megachain: no surprises. Oh, and does anyone know if they make the donuts here? Will test tomorrow morning. If there are warm donuts to be had, that will warrant five stars.

Would you like a swift kick in the ass with your coffee? If they gave out ass kicks I would opt for that instead of ordering coffee/food here. Imagine this… you’re 10 years old, it’s Christmas morning and you wake up in excitement wondering what Santa brought you. You jump out of bed, run downstairs to the family room where the tree is and find… a yellow post it that says, «IOU…it’s a recession, bitch.» They mess up my order every time… EVERYTIME. Do I carefully pronounce each syllable in each word when ordering? Yes. Do they repeat my order at least 2 times to confirm? Yes. Do they STILL fuck my shit up? YES. This DD has been open for over a year now and the workers are still incompetent as ever. I’ve had several WTF moments and was waiting for Ashton to pop out but he never did. Is this real life? Is it? Gah, I can’t stand them.
