Not positive, but I think I may have gotten food poisoning after eating one of their barbecue chicken snack wraps. The ice cream was probably fine, but oof, that snack wrap… Let’s just say… up all night with flu-​like symptoms. Wasn’t feeling well within the first hour and a half of eating there. I went around 6:30 p.m. I was the only patron. The two staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than working. I also happened to notice that the girl who cut my snack wrap after it was done cooking in their little microwave cut the thing, then tossed the knife into a container of water off to the side on the counter. Didn’t notice if she had taken it out of that same container of water, but I don’t know… Don’t order the snack wraps. They’re kinda shady…

We searched for a Dairy Queen during our way home 2hrs away and found this one. Service through the drive threw was terrible! A guy acted like he hated his job very rude and short! We asked for a CHERRY cheesecake blizzard and got artificial cherry candy crap so asked if we could trade it for something else as it tasted horrible. A young girl was rude and pissy tried to tell us they didn’t make cherry ones anyways. Well don’t sale a flavor you don’t have! So as we got our «new» blizzard they were laughing like they told us off, well we believe they made it with sour milk it was horrible. This place is SHIT!!! Would never go back here!

I love my ice cream… And dairy Queen us top my list. The staff at the one in Montclair are always so nice and listen to my request. Great customer service. After a stressful day a little indulgence is good.

They have the slowest service ever for them having a limit menu this makes no sense they need to get it together.

Poor customer service by a girl who said her name was Gabby. There was no one in there this morning, and it took almost 10 minutes to make 3 Blizzards. I had a coupon for a free small smoothie with any purchase that was not accepted because I was told that «any purchase» really means with «any smoothie purchase.» Obviously reading is not something that the employees at this place excel at. Just asking for a carrier, and lids caused Gabby the employee trauma. She just threw the requested items at us, and walked away. The Blizzards were not well blended with no candy at the bottom of the cups. Stay away from this location at all costs.

Clean, convenient, and not so expensive for the good quality I’m usually given!
I like to order their Combo #1 which is oh so good and love how their bread is made to look like waffles. Their hot dogs are great, their smoothies are awesome, and they also serve Orange Julius.
They have out door seating for those who want to witness the sun and look around the area. The food is served quick, fresh, and tasty. I especially like how fresh their vegetables are. Definitely coming back.

I went in yesterday to get my Mom a cake for her birthday and was helped out by Christian. My Mom wanted a specific blizzard cake and I was told that that cake was special ordered. As I was calling my Mom some other customer came in and just happen to take the last one my Mom’s 2nd choice was so I was really bummed. Christian went to the back to ask someone if they can do the original one she wanted and when he came back he said they can do it and asked when I would be picking it up. Long story short, he came back and said if he needed to come in the morning to finish it, he would get it done. (on his day off) Seriously, who does that? This is the 2nd time I have came to this dairy queen in 2 weeks to get a blizzard cake and because of his customer service, I will not go elsewhere. Thank you Christian !!! My Mom will be super happy today when we celebrate her birthday :)

I only went through the drive thru for a chocolate shake it was good, but the price is a bit steep next to other fastfood places shakes. I think the corporation was very smart to open right across the street from one of the last drive in theaters in the area.

Dairy Queen is competitively priced against Baskin Robbins for ice cream cakes. March is a birthday month for my family and the ice cream cakes break the monotony of cakes and cupcakes.
This place is clean each time I visit. The employees are enthusiastic and cheerful.
I recommend trying whatever the flavor of the month might be. For March, it is chocolate chip green mint. It makes for a tasty Blizzard.
They also have food specials. Much like taco places celebrate with ‘taco Tuesdays’. DQ has a day for hot dogs.
This location has a drive-​thu window. You can drive-​thru on your way to the Drive-​in across the street for a movie night.

I went for a cake and a young man christian gave me exceptional service. As i waited other customers were helped by christian and they too got amazing service by the employee. I would be disappointed if he didnt get a raise or At least be koves higher up in position. I usually dont write reviews but i was very pleased.
