Awesome gym and the classes are intense!!! I usually do the TRX classes with Lou. The class is really great!

What an absolute gem! I came across DFit when I was looking for somewhere to do a TRX class. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. As you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff who make a point of learning your name as soon as they meet you.
The training floor, which is used for classes, was very clean and well laid out. Definitely not your typical gym by any means. You can instantly tell that a lot of thought has gone into the décor, design and overall concept of this facility.
The TRX class was so good that I decided to find out about what else DFit had to offer. The amount of classes they have is amazing and they are definitely not the normal generic classes you would find at LA Fitness or New York Sports Clubs. I signed up straight away for their monthly membership without having to sign a contract, and started trying the different classes straight away which I was able to book easily by using their app.
I have now been a member for a month and a half and I am already seeing the benefits and changes the classes are making to my overall health and physical appearance.

I can’t get enough of DFit classes. Huge plus: 5:30am start classes and child care on Sundays!
