I had a great cut here. I wanted a high fade and got exactly what I asked for at an extremely affordable price. I was very impressed. The barber lined me up with a straight razor and everything! I would highly recommend this barbershop.

I came here to get fresh for my wedding in Claremont. My wedding was Sunday afternoon so I was looking for a spot that was open on a Sunday. I googled around and found this place.
Luis hooked me up with a hot towel close shave all the way around. I would go back to this place if I am around the area.

Place sucks. Too small. Only 2 barber chairs. Its 13 or 15 bucks now for a fade. And barely like 4 chairs to wait. I waited like 15 minutes, they only had ONE barber when I went. WTF? Bounced. Not gonna wait forever, way better, faster shops out there.

There are great, and not so great barbers, in this area. BGs is one of the great ones. I believe it is family run with a father and son, but I may be wrong. I have had my hair cut by both barbers that work there and anyone of them will do a good job. The one I usually go to is Caesar, he’s the gentleman there, I’d say, is in his 40s. This man does a damn good fade. They use a straight blade to clean up your sideburns and neck. The best part is when they put on the Bay Rum. You always feel manly. They get pretty busy on weekends and I’ve seen 4 or 5 people waiting outside before they open. Try to go during the week if you can.

Me and my brother are regulars here, and never walked out with a bad haircut. The price is $ 10. They also do a lot of other special hair cuts. They use a stright edge razor to line up everything. If you’re looking for a new barber or you dont have one, this is the place for you.
