Beach Boutique and Spa

This was really a let down. My friend and I came in for mani pedis ((which we were NOT expecting to be as overpriced as they were)), and we left with disappointment. My friend received the WORST manicure of her life, and even asking the nail salon tech to redo it two times, she was still incapable of her job of performing a simple manicure. The salon was very reluctant to give a reasonable discount, and gave us attitude when we showed them the pathetic job that was done. I would never go back here.

Calming and right on the water — while you are waiting you can go over and walk along the dock which is nice.
the place is also a shop filled with cute beach wear and home goods.

Wasted $ 40 on what was supposed to be a spa pedi. The girl there (part time summer help) worked on me maybe 5 minutes and the massage never went above my ankles. No drying machine for the polish so it smudged before I even left the place. Bad experience and lousy pedi. Too bad! Better off going anywhere else.

I was extremely disappointed in this place! Save your money and don’t go here! After less than 24 hours my manicure and pedicure were chipping, badly. I called to let them know and see if there was anything they could do in terms of a possible refund since the cost for the service was not cheap. I was told they could credit me a service but that wasn’t helpful since I had already left town (was in Montauk on vacation). They said there was no way to credit my card back, which I find hard to believe! I was polite and friendly on the phone when asking for a refund. They need to truly improve their customer service if they want to stay in business!

Not a fan! Made appointments for a Saturday in August for a few girls together. Got there and the front desk had messed up all the times which meant one person had to sit out. They really don’t have their s*& together.
Finally sat down to have my manicure 30 minutes after I was supposed to. The girl was nice but the manicure was mediocre at best (lets just say it started chipping that night). She really didn’t do a good job cutting my cuticles (the fact that her table didn’t have any extra lighting might be part of the reason).
While getting my manicure 2 girls walked in for pedicures. They sat in the chairs for a while until one staff member started on one of them. Towards the end of my manicure the technician who was giving one of the girls a pedicure turned to the person doing my nails and yelled at her and asked if she was planning on giving the other girl a pedicure (extremely rude and unprofessional — made me a little uncomfortable). My technician said yes she was but that she was doing my nails and that the girls in the chairs had arrived 30 min early for their appointments.
This place didn’t seem very well run — my review is only based on the front desk/​manicure staff.
The customer service here needs some serious revamping — between that and the crappy manicure I will never be back.

Best spa in Montauk! Prices are reasonable considering the area and they do a wonderful job. I’ve only had my nails done, I can’t speak for other spa services. Relaxing atmosphere and sweet staff. The shop is cute as well.

Located at the Montauk Marina. Brand new and wonderful! Love this place! Owner is so nice and the services are wonderful. Prices are so much better than what you find in town. Its less congested and touristy so if youre looking for peace and quiet this is the place! Will never go anywhere else.

The name of this store confused me as we walked in because I expected it to just be nail salon. But when you walk in, you find yourself in a cute, very well-​laid out boutique full of pretty things. From «Montauk» signs to clothes to bags, it’s a little heaven for women to browse through.
Lo and behold, behind a display wall is where the spa part of it comes in. Being that it was about 10pm, no one was getting their nails did but I like the concept of half store-​half spa.
Pop in if you’re by the docks! I’m sure happy I did because I bought a lovely bag for $ 35!

This is a cute little store by the docks that offers all sorts of goodies. My friends and I popped in here on our final night in Montauk while we waited for a cab to head back to the Village. The store is very bright and inviting. They had plenty of spa items to purchase, along with a place to get your nails done in the back.
They had a few products for pets and plenty of products for people. My friend ended up buying a really cute bag. The girl behind the counter is spending the summer here, she is originally from Jamaica. All in all, a really cute spot to visit if you’re killing time or you’re about to head to Ben & Jerry’s next door.
